Last evening I tried downloading my first Bookshare.org book onto my IPhone 6+, with iOS 8.3, running Voice Dream and have run into what may be a minor issue.

I am curious if anyone else has had this problem and if so if they have found a solution. I have tried both epub and Daisy text only both are not showing these sections. I am fond of the four dummies books but each one of them that I open up Voice Dream reader skips over the icons section. since these icon sections show up in other readers I know it is not any issue of an image it just seems like Voice Dream reader outright skips the whole section.

On their website under wear it says 200 voices it says now better than ever with the power of AI. I'm wondering are there really voices available that use AI? I find it hard to believe that there are voices on their that approach the quality of 11 labs. Is this possible?
I know it is kind of a trendy thing now to say that something is using AI. Is this another case of that? I would love to purchase a very humanlike voice.

So I recently started using voicedream to read my extensive collection of ripped audiobooks. However I'm running into a problem.
I'm using file browser to copy the folder over. This particular folder I decided to throw a few books together and I'm not sure if voicedream isn't liking the order of the files, the file names or what but every time I add the zip file that I use file browser to create it comes up with an error. It's also claiming, despite the files being all mp3, that the book is daisy (it isn't).

Hello all. I have a question about Voice Dream's recent feature addition of being able to fill in PDF files. I think it's a welcome addition, but, I do have some questions... which may be dumb questions. So, excuse me for that. One question I have, is how will we know if/when there's an empty space in a file? Also, say you're filling out a PDF form. Can you load that PDF form into Voice Dream Reader, fill it out, and then email it through there as well? I'd also like to know if it can be helpful in a situation that I've run into.

This is Minh who is from Australia. My voice dream reader cannot add files from Google Drive recent days. The errors is 403. Have you met this issue and discovered how to solve this.

Hello! I have got a really serious problem with my voicedream library and iCloud synchranisation. I turned it on last night. Than i could read any books, articles and student's books without any issues. Then after a while ago i wanted to read a book. When i opened a voice dream reader's app i noticed that all books were unavailable for reading because there was a message near each of the book syncing with cloud. I waited for a day but nothing happened. I tryed to turn off this function in voicedream settings but it didn't help.

hi all i have audio books stored with icloud sync in voicedream. firstly, if i turn this feature off, it seems it will delete all the files from voicedream on my ipad, is this correct? where can i find the files on icloud drive? i am also considering upgrading from my iphone 7, to the x, but if i get the 64 gb version, will icloud sync still stay on if i have to reset this phone and put voicedream on a new phone? the files are not stored on the device by default are they, they are just downloaded een i ask voicedram to get them? Hello all. I just want to report that when i use my voice Dream Reader on iOS 9, iPhone 6S 64GB, my battery is drained quickly. Have you experienced the same like me? When can i contact the developer of Voice Dream Reader? Thanks for your reply.

I have a problem playing audiobooks in Voice Dream Reader. I have reporting it to the developer for several months, but it has still not been resolved.
So maybe the problem doesn't exist, but something strange is happening to me.
Or maybe there is a workaround.
The problem looks like this:
1. I play the audiobook,
2. I press pause
3. I do something else on the phone, e.g. I read messages,
4. I play the book again using the "Magic TAp" gesture or the ∑ button on the headphones.
5. the book is playing,

With the latest update Voice Dream Reader for IOS can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
Also on the App Store there is a subscription listed that costs 59.99$/year.
It seems that this roll out is buggy so it is not clear how it will work regarding the subscription.

I am looking for all of the available external keyboard shortcuts to Voice Dream Reader for IOS.
So for those who care, I pushed buttons and found at least some of the shortcuts.
There are two types. When reading a book while in the book view, and outside while in the library.
Thus far I have only found some but as I do not have a list and the documentation is ages out of date, I give what I can.
Do share if you happen to obtain more please!

hi is it normal for voicedream reader to not play audio when my iphone 7 screen locked? when i lock it, the audio is faiding out, and then when i unlock the phone it comes back on again is this right? Will

Hello, Does voicedream when reading say, mp3 audio books or listening to movies, stop the audio usually at the end of chapters for anyone else but me? ? then, when you restart it playing it jumps back a few minutes? this bug has not been sorted, and is too frustrating to continue using it. Are there any alternatives?

Yesterday I received an iPad mini 2 because my dad got a good deal on it when he upgraded his phone. I went to my purchased apps on the app store and I downloaded the ones I could. One of those was Voice Dream Reader. I set it up to sync with iCloud since I also have it on my phone. For some strange reason I cannot log into bookshare on my iPad. I know the password and username are right because I use Lastpass to keep my login info. What can I try to do to fix this issue?

I have text books installed within Voice Dream Reader on my iPhone 8+ running IOS 13.3. Tessa compact voice is set as prefered voice. Is the following possible? Does there exists an app that allow me to move a particular book within Voice Dream as a recording into that app and then to DropBox or iCloud Drive so I can listen to that book on another device with the Tessa voice?

Hello! I have an issue with Voicedream Reader skipping parts of Daisy audio books.
VD skips some minutes of audio now and then.
The iphone is unlocked and VD is in foreground.
I use latest release of VD, an Iphone X and IOS 13.4.1.
Have anyone else observed the same problem?

VDR is using a large amount of space on my ipad mini. Is there a way to store VDR contents in icloud, or similar, but so I can still access the contents easily, but free up storage on ipad?
