So the ios9 has been out for a while and we all know about the bug where in while you're on a facetime call it will break off sometimes, when you're wearing earbuds, and audio routing will be messed up in general. After talking to quite a few friends I think I know what the establishing factor is. If I could have everyone post the following things below i'd appreciate it. let's see if I can confirm my suspicion.
1. carier where you bought your phone (or store where you bought your phone)

Greetings. I discovered a solution for those of you who are having intermittant WyFi problems using IOS 8.0.2. This has solved my streaming and downloading issues 100%. Again, worked for me but your results may vary. Do the following:
settings
WyFi
hit the more info button under the network you have enabled
swipe down to the DNS field
double tap to invoke the edit capability
Use the roter to move to edit
swype up to select all and double tap
swype or tap down to your keyboard
enter the following DNS: server: 8.8.8.8

I've been having this issue to, and I've been wondering how it is possible that it doesn't happen to every user, and the users it happens to have different models to, so it's not model related either.
As mentioned in the Applevis iOS 17 blog, changing the double-tap delay helps a bit, but not much.
So I experimented a bit and found the following.
I was able to almost get rid of the problem by slitely changing my gesture habits.

Just a tip about the camera which may be helpful to others with low vision. I fairly often use the camera to allow me to magnify something I can't otherwise see, and sometimes also to make the enlarged image more visible by inverting the colors. Being able to access the camera from the lock screen (without unlocking the iPhone or iPad), I can easily take a picture of the print sample or other image I'm having trouble seeing, then view that photo and zoom to a comfortable size by just 'unpinching' two fingers.

I learned this by mistake, but I think it's going to save people a lot of frustration somewhere down the line possibly.
Let me start back in September when I updated to iOS 16.0 on my iPhone SE 2020, my apps would still push notifications, but I couldn't open the apps, or access them, they'd just show up as "waiting". When I'd double tap it, nothing would happen, and when I'd press open from their entries in the app store, nothing would happen.

i just recently received a shiny new iphone 5S for my birthday yesterday. everything worked really well in the setup process. i got a few fingers working with touch id only to come to find out that the app store is still asking me for my apple id to download apps. i did enable the thing in the settings that says to use touch id for purchasing things threw the app store, so i'm really curious why its not asking me to use my finger and continues to ask for my apple id.
any help would be appreciated.

Hello to all,I really believe Applevis is one of the best resources we have to learning about ios but what about having a full-length tutorial, with demonstrations, and real-life examples that one can follow in a clear, concise and fun way? wouldn't it be great to learn about ios for a potential, or new user, in a rraxed fun manner learning through exploration and having fun along the way?I am considering producing a professional audiotutorial for this purpose, and it would be the first project that i'd be undertaking in a professional capacity.

So I have no idea how to report a bug, but over the past few days I've noticed a very annoying one with VoiceOver. A lot of times when I'm not using my phone but have it unlocked, VoiceOver will randomly say the thing that's at the top of the screen, over and over again, without me touching the screen. When I turn the speech off, it turns on by itself a few seconds later and keeps repeating whatever's at the top of my phone screen, like the first folder on my home screen, or "List" in the Files app.

Hello everyone hope you are well. I wanted to change my google map's language to UK English so have changed the language from our universal settings; however, I am not able to change the voice to a British voice even though I have restarted my phone. The navigation still speaks in an American voice. can somebody help? Thanks.

Hey there, hope you are fantastic.
So after the recent iOS update, the voice over is acting really strange.
If I use any vocalizer voices, the voiceover suddenly restarts and I have to read everything from the top. It is not even the reading problem, issue occurs while I'm typing and just use my phone regularly.
Another note though, it happens if I use vocalize our voices only but it doesn't happen when I use the speak or Alex or eloquence.
Did anybody encountered this?

If I do a Facebook Live or a YouTube posting, how do I prevent Voiceover from being heard by people listening to what I am broadcasting? I appreciate any assistance. I am running the latest version of iOS 13.3 on an iPhone 11.

I currently have a free trial, which expires this coming Monday. I found some things in the iPad app, which are kind of confusing Including the statistics page.
Would someone be willing to do this, prior to this coming Monday? Overall, I am really impressed with the app.

All my Air-conditions are not smart, and for sure our Remotes are not accessible.
Is there an alternative way to control them via OUr Iphones?
I know that all old AIr-conditions are using Infrared, and Iphone does not support this, but can we plug 1 and use it?
if no, am ok to purchase an android phone to use it if it will do so, but i knew that all Remote apps are not accessible at all,
do anyone here has a suggestion please?

I just found out another way to <a href="https://iphonebyte.com/delete-photos-from-iphone/">delete all the photos at once on iPhone</a> while playing around with my device. No need to use Mac or PC.
I used a feature in iOS 9 that is often overlooked by many users. This feature allows us to select multiple photos just by performing a swipe of a finger.
This is how the feature works:
1. Open the Photos app, go to an album
2.Tap on the Select button.

I was attempting to figure out how to determine a route from one place to another using public transit busses and /or subways, and was trying to plan a route from one address to another using Google Maps. For some reason nothing happens after I double tap on the navigate button. Could this be because I'd have to know the exact bus stops rather than the actual addresses I'm leaving from and going to?
If that is the case, I wonder if any of the gps apps can present a mixed combo of pedestrian and transit routing information when going from point A to point B?

If any of you iPhone users use the alex, victoria, or fred voices, there is a hiden feature, adjusting the speech rate during reading. I have tested this feature in the pronunciations sections. It seemed to work well. I also figured out the scale in which you can adjust the rate. 0 to 200 is 0 To 40%. 300 to 1000 is 60 to 100%. I am using pages with a bluetooth keyboard to my iPad. It works really great.
The only thing I cannot seem to figure out is if there is a way to actually get VoiceOver to read the document for me?
Note: I do NOT have a computer, just iOs.
Edit: With this, I mean reading it without having to press the down arrow button like crazy and then just get short sections read.
