So I have no idea how to report a bug, but over the past few days I've noticed a very annoying one with VoiceOver. A lot of times when I'm not using my phone but have it unlocked, VoiceOver will randomly say the thing that's at the top of the screen, over and over again, without me touching the screen. When I turn the speech off, it turns on by itself a few seconds later and keeps repeating whatever's at the top of my phone screen, like the first folder on my home screen, or "List" in the Files app. It's extremely annoying, especially when I'm playing an audio file, and turning the speech off or restarting is no good.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Has this happened to anyone else? I don't know what to do. This is making doing anything on my phone very annoying, and I use my phone all the time.
I appreciate any advice on this issue.
