Hi! I just got a new iPad Pro, but I am finding navigating websites to be very tedious. I looked at the keyboard shortcuts on Apple’s website that apply to iPads, but there aren’t that many of them. For those of you who have been using iPad for a while, any tips or tricks to be more efficient? Do you use Safari or chrome and why?
iOS and iPadOS
Hi all. I'm fairly new to the world of using an I pad and I devices. I tried to look for atomic web after hearing about it in an applevis podcast a while back. I couldn't find that in the app store. Is there any good user guides on getting used to the default web browser on my I pad or are there any browsers out there that feel like Internet Explorer or Firefox please?
I have had a look at Safari but I don't like the feel of it but then again maybe after some learning I might feel a lot different.
VoiceOver's been reading out links on web pages twice for some time now, and this happens in both Safari and third-party browsers. Well, I use Firefox Focus but I already guess that it should happen in every web browser on iOS, at least on my device. Anyone else have this issue?

Hey guys,
I did a test on this app before and it is promising.
Basically they have hired people to read news and they prevent it in audio form.
They are looking for more testers and I was told I could forward the email below. I’ve done a hack job on it to make it make a bit more sense.
Before I get to the email, I've put a demmo in my dropbox which I was asked to share this also.
I have looked at the IOS App Directory and the last update for WebEx is six years ago.
My company use WebEx all the time and want me to use it.
How accessible is it now in 2020?
Hi folks. I’ve been noticing of late that sometimes, when I load a website, I cannot swipe and read the information on it. Using the scroll bar at the bottom to move up by percent doesn’t even work either.
When I move my finger around the screen using touch to explore, I get the vibration that indicates there is nothing there. It’s not one specific website, but many. Has anyone experienced this? If so, does anyone have any answers? Would using chrome make a difference? I have an iPhone 12 mini running iOS 15.1.1.
I am running the latest iOS update on an iPhone 11. I am sorry I ever bought the 11, but that’s another subject. I have found two problems. When I am trying to fill out a form on the website, more and more frequently, I cannot use the on screen keyboard. I have to use my Bluetooth keyboard. Also, on a particular website, there is a checkbox that needs to be checked before, I can move on. It absolutely refuses to check. That one may have something to do with that particular website, because I don’t recall it happening anywhere else.
Since I updated to IOS 17 websites that play video ads on Safari are incredibly slow to navigate. This is honestly almost every webpage at this point. Is there anything I can do to improve this? It’s s slow to the point of unusability. I’m using an iPhone 12 and I just updated to IOS 17.2
I've noticed a very strange behavior with the native mail app when trying to view attachments using an IPhoneSE third gen and ios 17.1.1.
What is happening is no matter what the attachment is it always shows up as winmail as the attachment. When I double tap on it it says it's a personal P O I and opens good maps outdoors.
Hello everyone, has anyone else had this issue? If so, how do you go about correcting it? I said a Bluetooth speaker as the correct type for a speaker, but I've noticed that whenever I make voiceover speak, VoiceOver becomes super loud through my iPhone and iPad speakers for a split second, then goes back down. This happens on both of my devices. The audio on the Bluetooth speaker in question stays the same. Are there ways to adjust that? I don't want to accidentally wake someone up by a sudden blast from voiceover
Hi
With latest iOS when I copy the link to an email then after that I can’t continue writing email because voiceover won’t read the text anymore. Also, the links are behaving strangely, they seem to behave like attachments and voiceover says JPG in front of the links.
Is it a bug or some kind of a new thing?
Thanks
I am working on a guide for Applevis and I need a little help before I can pull it all together.
I have several semi-accessible or inaccessible apps I want to use. and I typically write to developers to ask they make their app accessible. I decided it would be helpful to create a boiler-plate letter that would save time and that I could also post to Applevis in the form of a guide that others can use.
Hello,
I am writing you to discuss a bug in IOS 10. Sometimes my Voice switches to Samantha, and I can't switch out of it.
Also, VoiceOver keeps repeeting SLNC800 at random times, mostly when I'm moving around. I can't even switch the voice to Alex, or even the built in siri voices. The buttons are dimed.
Hi everyone. Ever since I updated my iPhone and IPad, there’s been a weird bug wile browsing google search results in both Safari and the google app. Before, I could browse results with the headings rotor option, where it would read the titles of the results and I could go into the one I want. But now it interrupts the title and moves the VO cursor to the name of the website. This is really annoying. Is anyone else experiencing something like this? If so, do you believe it’s a problem with Apple or google?
Hi all. This started last saturday. Now i have a 64gb Iphone five which is running pretty well with IOS9. Yes, I get the sometimes voice over not responding when an incoming call, I also get the no vibration when a notification comes in, here's one step further. Last weekend, my voice mail went off. seeing it was a family membr, i returnedit, then went on with my day. But, when i looked, the phone hadn't rung, no incoming notification, phone wasn't muted, and there was absolutely no record in the call lsit of the person.
