Now that the Gemini Live feature with the ability to use the camera and share one's screen is available, I thought I would try out some of the new Gemini widgets that are available.
One widget I just added to my locked screen was the Gemini widget to use the camera.
Now, in the Gemini app itself, when you use the camera with Live mode, you have to keep asking what the camera sees. Gemini doesn't keep the camera view going as you move the phone. But, as you move the move the phone, you can keep asking what the camera is seeing in the new view.
I've just released a new app called assistEyes GIF. It is a fully accessible GIF app, all content includes tags that are available to VoiceOver and you can share out GIFs directly from the app or inside the iOS Messages app via an included iMessage extension app.
I created this app to address an issue I was having myself, not knowing what the content of GIFs in all the existing GIF apps was, but hopefully some other folks find it useful.
Hi if you want to make your message send in Invisible ink, add a fireworks effect to it, balloons and more write out your message. If you have 3d touch press on the send button if you don't have 3d touch double tap and hold on the send button to bring up the menu. Voice over reads expressive messages that are sent as well as sometimes playing the sound. Double tap on Invisible messages to reveal the message. Tap back are reactions to comments such as hearting a message. To respond to a message swipe down on a message and double tap on react. This is really cool and neat!

It's been a while since the releasing of ios 13, however, I cannot find more information about those new gestures for copying, cutting, pasting etc, things like three fingers double tap, hold and slide up.
Does someone managed to make them work»
any diferences on an iphone or ipad?
or they are just ghost gestures...

I am currently using IOS 6.01 on my iPhone 4S. Am I right in thinking that a further IOS 6 Software Update is iminent from Apple? I had heard rumours that a new update was going to be available in December, however, have not heard anything official yet. Has anyone heard any news, in respect to this?

Today a new TV app appeared by itself on my iPhone 6s. It appears to be an app from apple to sync and consolidate all your media. I've played around and it maybe quite good. However, does anyone know if/how you could use this with AD?. I've checked settings and the app itself and I have a feeling that audio description may not be an option. However, I do have AD turned on for my phone so was wondering if it would just automatically play if AD was on a programme. Anyone got a clue?

Also as they say New Year, new start! Colour is silver and storage is a wopping 128 GB so I can store all my ever expanding music and other data on there!

Hello. I am noticing a new issue regarding the Kindle app on my iPhone 8, running iOS 11.4.1 using VoiceOver.

Ever since I updated to IOS 11.1 I have had my new items not showing up outside the app haphazardly. For example, sometimes, I might have 4 unread e-mails and it would not show that on the outside of the e-mail app. The same happens with my dice world app for example. When I shut down my phone and turn it on again, it works for a little while and gives up. Anyone having this issue?

A very interesting article to read. Would be very promising for us if the developers take this new policy and adopt it to their apps. Would benefit us so we can find out if it work with Voice Over before actually having to purchase it. Time will only tell if they would implement this in all apps. A good start on behalf of Apple but I would like to see this more mandotory.

Hi folks,
I just download the latest Lyft update,
and I opened the app and can't figure out how to change from lyft to lyft plus.
Also there some unlabeled buttons on the payment screen and on the first screen I found two buttons that say idel pickup background and idel idel pick mode closed.
Maybe they have some to do with requesting different lyft types but voice over does not do anything when I double tap on them.
I am on an iPhone 6s with ios 9.2.

Many have lamented the fact that the KNFB reader isn't available on the iOS devices. Lament no more! Text Detective has just been released to efficiently take care of all scanning and OCR needs. It uses your device's camera to scan and OCR text. Once properly aligned with a document, and raised about a forearm's length above it, it will scan silently and notify you when text has been found! The process is quick, and you will be able to read clean crisp text with your device and this app.

Just thought I would post this to say sendero seem to have released a new free app called people finder light, which isn't on the applevis ios app directory yet.
I would submit it myself but although I can find it on my phone easily I can't find it using google so that I can get the app store link.
The app seems accessible, though I have nobody I can test it with.
I did notice one issue with it and that is in the settings part of the app it wraps around to the last control if you keep flicking to the right but that's the only accessibility issue I have found so far.
