iOS and iPadOS

Hello all, I noticed that sometimes iTunes radio acts funny. For example, I created a new station by searching for the artist John Tussey, and then selecting John Tussey and more. When I do this, a song by John Tussey will play, usually followed by something by Michael Bublé followed by Survivor and I don't like any of these songs. However, when I have tried to skip Survivor, this results in the station crashing. I then have to delete the station and start over. Also, I have ITunes Radio play a song that I instructed it NEVER to play. Has anyone else experienced this? Andrea

LOL, I noticed that iTunes radio does not play what you tell it to play. I have had trouble when I select a certain artist for a station, it plays totally different music and I like. I'm curious to know if anybody else is had the same experience. Thank you

Hello,
Maybe I'm missing something here but I've always had an issue where it sounds as if the summary tab on ITunes is giving inaccurate info about my IPhone. Here's what I mean, In the summary tab on ITunes it always tells me I have a number amount of songs and photos on my IPhone when in fact the about on my actual phone says I have 0 songs, 0 videos, 0 photos which is correct I don't have any photos or songs on my phone at this time but ITunes has always said ever since I've used my IPhone with ITunes that it does. Anyone know why this is?

Hi all. thanks a lot to the person who gave me the link to download Itunes for windows. I managed to add music to my itunes library and I also managed to sync my library with my phone. I just have a question. When I delete songs from my library and I then connect my phone to my pc and I sync my phone with my library, will the same songs be automatically deleted from my phone that I deleted from my library? many thanks for any feedback.

After upgrading to iOS7 on my iPhone4, the iVoice app has stoppped working. I have deleted and re-installed the app and it worked once, but no more. Additionally, Fahrenheit will not display the current temperature in the folder name as it use to. I have a Weather folder with 6 apps in it including Fahrenheit. I have Badges turned on and all other settings that I think should be on, but no temp visible or spoken along with the folder name. any suggestions will be appreciated. Repeated messages to iVoice developers are going unanswered.

Hi everyone, I’m confused why no one has mentioned this bug before on the forum, I did have a look through previous posts but couldn’t see anything related to it so I’m wondering if it’s something that only I’m experiencing or whether there is some kind of workaround for it that I don’t know yet.
I recently updated my device to the latest version of iOS 16, before that I was an iOS 15.

What is the most accessible Japanese dictionary for iOS? I currently use jisho, but it's interface is a bit clunky to use with voiceover.

Dear all,

Does anyone know an interactive and accessible Japanese learning app? I have tried Codegent and Innovative Language 101, but found them not very interactive. I prefer Duolingo, but the app has not provided Japanese courses. Love to receive your advice.

Thanks,

Hello Everybody,

A friend of mine wants to buy a JBL Cinema SB450 4k.

He's been using iPhone and wants to know whether he can use it's software with VoiceOver. Do you have any experience with this product and the usage of it's software?

Thanks for your comments in advance!

John

Besides LinkedIn job search, are there any other job searching apps that work well with VoiceOver?

note: Requires a Spotify premium subscription...

I love radio, I love making crossfaded, mix CD's with my voice and others, between the tracks. I have long awated the time where I could create a mix tape, such as this, on my IPhone, and on the listener side, it's dead simple to listen.

I have looked for a music service that allows you to mix podcast episodes, and music, within a single playlist. I hadn't realised this until recently, but Spotify does allow this.

How are the playlists created?

Hi All

Okay here we go. My friend went on a short flight to Scotland the other day. I asked her, using Voice Memos can she make a few 1 or 2 minute recordings of her journey.

In total she texted me about 14 recordings. I must admit the ones of the plane taking off came out really well.

Here's what I would like to do. Firstly, I would like to join all the audio files together to make one recording.

I would also like to trim out parts of the recording I don't want to listen to.

I have come across an app called JumpSpeak that seems miles better than duolingo, and uses it seems real conversation and audio to walk you through a language; has anyone tried it though? no trial is available? Will

Hi everyone,

We're a couple of indie creators from London, and we have built a simple fitness app that uses AI technology to design personalised video and audio workouts on demand. Jumpy Cat was built out of our frustration with wasting time to search for workouts online. We also wanted to make it minimalist so it can be used as audio workouts only.

Here's a link if you want to skip reading the rest of this post, and just try out the app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1519669458

Hi everyone,

My partner and I are both very thankful for all the community feedback we've had in the past few months here on Apple Vis about our indie fitness app Jumpy Cat.

We've been working on new features and improvements, so I wanted to share about what's new and hear your thoughts:

1. The two finger Z gesture to jump back a screen is still broken
2. Two finger double tap gesture to play pause music from any Sonos app screen is still broken with Voiceover
3. Without the use of multiple heading styles per section of any screen on the Sonos app, it’s inefficient, tedious with considerably more cognitive brain load for voiceover navigation of any Sonos app screen. Implementing heading styles for all the different sections beat an iOS app or a webpage is fundamental for accessibility and usability of the Sonos app

Hello Everybody.I'm just curious about something. Is there a way to make your call ringtone come through your headphones and not from your headphones and device's speaker? For example, if I am talking to my mom about something and I get a FaceTime call, I don't want my ringtone blaring through my iPads speaker as well as through my earphones. Is there a way to turn off the speaker part at least while using your headphones? I can see having the alarm clock do that in case you forgot to unplug your earphones before you went to bed, but not every time you get a FaceTime call.

Hello.
I have a lot of blind friends and all of them are using their devices in portrait mode. Just wondering, because many don't like when apps are in landscape mode.
Personally I think that landscape mode works just fine. I am just curious. I seem to be one of few who don't mind landscape mode. Sorry if this is a weird question. :-)
I am currently using landscape mode on Safari on my iPhone.
