Hello everyone. I'm using VoiceOver on my iPhone 14. The system is set to the Croatian language. Therefore, I'm using eSpeak NG as my synthesizer. It works quite well; however, in some applications, there's an automatic voice switch. For example, when I open Lazarillo, Sullivan+, and some other apps, instead of the eSpeak voice, I hear a voice from the English language area. Now, imagine how challenging it is to understand Croatian words when they're read by an English voice. Is there a way to disable this automatic voice change feature?

All this used to work way back when I was running IOS 14; as of today many features in the Shortcuts application have changed and are broken, simply a pain to work with if you are a VoiceOver user. Creating a automation was such a breeze and enjoying it work like you want it to was such a thrill!

Hi, I'm facing some issues with the Braigo app since the last few days. Trying to open an uploaded image gives me internal server error stating the request timed out in 10000 MiliSeconds. I tried logging out and logging in, but unable to login now due to the same error. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the result is similar- still unable to login with the same error. Please help. Thanks

I don't quite know why you have to download offline language packs from the device settings and not within the app, but I can't do that anyway. VoiceOver does not announce the download status for any language I double-tap on. Anyone having the same problem? I reported it to Apple quite a while ago but the issue persists.

I recently updated to IOS 16.1 on my iPhone 12. I am no longer able to like facebook posts with a single finger flick. It just doesn't show up as an option. I can click into a post to like it, but don't have the option on the main screen. Other options are available, like hiding the post or generating a photo description. I am also using the latest version of Facebook. I use VoiceOver. Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, is there a fix? Thanks. I can't tell if this is a VoiceOver issue or unrelated.

Hi all,
For the past few days, especially, since the time I have upgraded to IOS 10.3.1, I have been facing issues with Feedler Pro. Quite a few times, when I double tab on an article with an intent to read it, rather than opening this item, the focus returns to the homepage.
While this behavior does come up with most of the articles, with some, it doesn't. Needless to say, I have my app up-to-date. I have gone ahead & written across to the developer highlighting all the above issues. However, I haven't heard from them.

I just updated to iOS 14 on my iPhone 11 pro.
I used to use the Flick Type Keyboard as my primary keyboard on iOS 13, however I am running into issues while using it on iOS 14.
Whenever Flick Type is enabled, I am required to access the rotor, and then switch on ‘Direct Touch’ before the keyboard allows me to interact with it.
Unfortunately the direct touch option does not remain enabled and every time I navigate back to the same application I have to re enable it.

Hi everyone,
I’m using the Flickr App on my IPhone 6 Plus. I have the latest Version of IOS and there is no pending update for the app. I work with VO and zoom depending on what works best.
Unfortunately, it seems to me that the App doesn’t offer all the functions available on the Flickr website.
Can someone please tell me how to post pictures to a Flickr group?
And how can I view and respond to discussions in a group?
I only managed to open the group descriptions and see a list of followers.

I've had challenges filling out forms on Safari for quite some time and haven't seen it improve with iOS updates. Specifically, sometimes I'll double tap a text field but it won't go into text entry mode. Sometimes I'll choose an option from a dropdown box using the picker control that appears but will find that my selection wasn't retained once I navigate away from that control. I also have experienced checkboxes that won't check, no matter how I try.

Lately I've been having issues when using the google site with Safari. When navigating a page of search results by heading voice-over starts saying "web dialogue" before things and focus becomes inconsistent. I think there is some sort of page preview happening but have not figured out a good way to navigate this or turn it off altogether. Does anyone have some tips for getting around this?
Using IOS 10.2 ish on an iPhone 6s.

Hi all, I've been having some issues with my home button. I've got an IPhone SE2, and am running IOS 16. I've been running IOS 16 for about a week now, but I went to use my phone this morning, and have found that the home button does not work at all accept for Siri. It doesn't take me back home, doesn't open app switcher, or turn voiceover off. Is this a bug or a hardware problem?

Has anyone else updated to 13.2 and had issues with Apple Music and VoiceOver?
I've noticed the following issues:
- Scrolling through the "for you" and "browse" tabs does not work.
- Clicking on anything within those tabs does not work.
I called Apple support, and they said I was the first one to report it. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced it.

Hi, I have recently migrated to iPhone SE2 from iPhone 5S and facing the following issues. The edit fields in Facebook and some of the banking apps don't work - the double tap gesture does not highlight the text fields nor bring up the keypad option. This issue does not occur when Voiceover is switched off. I have even tried deleting Facebook and reinstalling the app but the issue persists.

Hi all,
Has anyone figured out how to use the new predictive typing feature in iOS 17? VoiceOver announces the word suggestions as I'm typing, which is quite annoying. I also find that some of the suggested words are being entered into the text field, so I'm assuming I'm inadvertently selecting them when typing.

Since I downloaded IOS8 to my iPod Touch, I have had issues with the iTunes ap. One of these issues is searching. For example, I enter a search, say, Dr. Who, hit search, swipe to more followed by audio books, and only find a fraction of the titles that should be displayed. I have proved this by carrying out the same procedure on my iPhone, not yet running IOs8, and finding a far greater range of titles. Secondly, when clearing text, I find I have to do it twice. Can these issues be resolved?

Hi! I am using a bluetooth keyboard for my Ipad. I have two keyboards and the same thing happens on both. Often when I press VO+Space I often get a double tap and hold instead of a double tap. Is there a setting somewhere where I can fix this because it is messing up a lot for me. Both my keyboards are different brands so I don’t think it is the keyboard.

I have an IPad and I use it a lot. It is an IPad 10 generation.
Lately I have had an issue where the keyboard layout seems to have changed. I am using the swedish layout on the keyboard but it is like my VoiceOver uses the English layout resulting in commands working differently, like for example VO+ the minus sign in the keyboard, to the left of the right shift key, used to perform a magic tap. Instead, and I used VO help to confirm this, it gives a slash symbol. This does not happen when I write either.
