After the latest Zoom app update a couple of days ago, I am finding the app to be completely inaccessible using VoiceOver on my iPhone 12 Mini running the latest iOS update. I tried to attend a webinar yesterday and I was able to hear the audio of the presentation. However, the only area of the screen that I could access was the status bar. I turned off VoiceOver and my husband said that he could see some message about the webinar was being live-streamed. There was a "got it" button that he pressed to grant permission for the live-streaming.

voiceover does not activate during the first iPhone setup.
Tried steps:
1. IOS 13.0 is runing iPhone SE and IOS 13.1.3 is running on iPhone 11 device reset.
2. We pressed the homebutton 3 times (iphone se) and the power buton 3 times (iphone 11).
3. VoiceOver is not turned on in both devices.
4. We tried to activate through itunes. We couldn't pass the warning on the iphone screen.

Thinking I might eventually decide to update to iOS 17 Beta 3, I was browsing around the storage section and looking for things I could delete. I then decided to delete Alex, before which the available storage was shown as 5.7 something GB. After deleting Alex, though, the available storage was shown as 5.91 GB. Alex appeared to be taking up 843 MB but deleting it didn't free up that much space. This often happens when I delete other things.

Hi all.
I've just started using inbox by gmail and can't figure out a few things:
1. How can I compose mail to a contact already in my contacts? there is no "add contact" button. Do I always have to type the email address in the to field?
2. How do I delee an ail? Is the "done" action meaning it's been deleted?

Hi,
I have an opportunity to include Weather Radio in the App. This is early days but I have been speaking to the team who distribute the feeds and have permission to include them in Weather Gods.
What do people think, is this something which might be useful? It would be part of the Premium subscription and include Grandfathered users.
So far I have a working demo with these features:
- list all stations
- filter by location, call sign and state
- listen to a station
- favorite a station
Any other feedback or suggestions please?

Based on what I've seen on other posts, Messages seems to be a tricky area for a lot of people. I have put in Messages bugs to the main Accessibility Bugs post a few times (VO stuck in a loop at the top, and a bunch of Memoji bugs etc) but one bug that's been driving me crazy ist the Send button won't always show up next to the message!

Voiceover is so inconsistent with where the focus lands when moving from page to page. The two finger swipe down sometimes Will read continuously and sometimes it will not work and then other times it will read to the bottom of the page but not continue onto the next one. What a mess. Also sometimes VoiceOver Will skip the last sentence on the page and go on to read the page number. Just such a frustrating reading experience. There are several other things that are buggy.

Hi everyone,
I have just upgraded my iPhone SE to iOS 11.4 and it seems to be running ok so far, but I am noticing inconsistencies with the large text option under Accessibility settings. Parts of the interface (like the Settings, Email app...) seem larger to me on the highest setting than iOS 10, but the actual text of email messages and other apps (like the RSS Reader Lire or in Whatsapp messages) seem smaller.
Is there anything I could do to fix this?

I am an experienced iPHONE user but one thing about texting drives me crazy. Is there an easier way to do this?
Scenario: I want to send my contact card to a friend. I text the friend, saying I am attaching my contact info to this message. There's an "attach media button" but when I select it, I can only add photos or videos, not the contact card. So I add a note saying the contact card will be attached to the next text. Then I send that text.

Since upgrading to iOS 15 some time ago, I've noticed an increase in the number of calls that do not get through. In other words, someone tries to call me, but my phone never rings. Instead, I get a notification of the voice mail they leave me. When I eventually talk to the person, they claim my phone rang as usual but I never answered, when, from my perspective, the phone never rang at all.

Hi. Currently I'm using my right indext finger to type messages on the iPhone. I tend to hit the correct or neighbouring letter but I can't seem to write more than 7 words per minute. I do have Fleksi which has increased productivity and I'm typing 3 times faster but I still would like to improve my typing speed with the native keyboard. I've tried a tactile screen protector and that had slowed me down as I was concentrating on locating the dots. Can anyone recommend a method of increasing the speed of typing on the iPhone?

After seeing the favourable reports about InDaisy in the latest applevis newsletter and on this site I downloaded the app last week. As a UK user I've discovered that it isn't that useful for me, even though I am an international member of BookShare. The major problem appears to be that InDaisy doesn't provide navigation for international users, so I find myself searching for books only to find that InDaisy keeps telling me I haven't got the rights to download the books I've searched for.

Hello to all. I have an iPhone 5 on sprint. I know we have no LTE in this area. I'm wondering how does Voice Over indicate LTE coverage? Does it say something like LTE 4 of 5 bars? I'm sure this will be of help for someone else considering an iPhone so they know how to tell if they have LTE coverage. Thank you very much.

Is there anybody else who is using more than one premium voice on their iOS7 device?
For some reason, I cannot set individual speech rate parameters for each of them even though such an option is available. Baiscally, all the secondary premium voices follow the main speech rate value.
In my case, I am using Russian and Polish voices in addition to the main US voice.
Can you please confirm if yu have similar experience?

I've been working on a way to do accurate indoor "GPS" on the iPhone and iPad, just for the challenge of it really. However, since releasing the app I've begun to wonder if I could make it useful for vision impaired users.
The app, which is called "Indoor GPS", is not suitable for vision impaired users at the moment (it doesn't even do VoiceOver properly) so I'm not suggesting anyone tries it yet.
