When ever I get an email that has an attachment whether it is DOC or PDF. I have a hard time opening them. I can usually send them to an app like VoiceStream or K in FB reader.

I'm looking for an email app with the most common options, delete, read, flag, etc. in the actions rotor, and one feature request I've never seen. I'd like it to read the subject followed by the sender or unread status. Ideally, it would let you customize the order of labels (sender, subject, read count, time, etc).
Does anything like this exist?

I have a question about deleting emails. I have my Gmail account on the Apple Mail app on my ipad. And my question is: Can you delete all the emails in my inbox all at once? Thanks in advance!

Hi all,
I have my Outlook email on my phone and the computer. I have two messages. And each time I try to flick up to delete them from my phone (which sends them to the Trash folder), I get a notification that the message cannot be moved to that folder. I no longer have these messages on my computer. So, how can I get them off my phone? Thank you.

Hello, I was wondering 2 things. In IOS6 and the email app, how do you change between email addresses while composing a message? Also is there a way to mass delete all emails? I heard from a podcast, there is a delete all mail feature in IOS

Is anyone else having trouble with email notifications? I get notifications for text messages and everything else, but I’m not getting alerts for new emails. I’ve tried changing the notification sound, and I even resorted to logging out of my email account from the Apple Mail app, and signing back in, and I’m still not getting notifications.

hello,
my partner for some time now has not been receiving her notifications specifically the audible notifications you get when you receive an email. she's using gmail on the native iPhone app but i don't believe that's the issue because i've got the same issue and i'm using the same app but a totally different email provider.
any ideas as to how to solve this?

My "all inboxes" view disappeared. I was on mailboxes, swiped left and the all inboxes setting was gone. The remaining views include today, unread, attachments, to/cc/bcc/ all drafts and all sent. The result is that I have to go into each specific email account to see all messages that I've read. It doesn't appear to be an IOS 8 bug because I had all inboxes after I updated to IOS 8.0. I just don't know where all inboxes went or how to get it back.

The problem is: I can't delete one particular email. I supposedly sent it to the trash folder. Navigating to the delete button is no problem. When I tap it, I get the warning I am about to delete the message. Am I sure? I tap it again, but, no matter what I try, the email will not disappear. Every other email will. I hope someone has an idea, because this is annoying! If this helps, I am using the new iPod Touch.

For some time i've been searching for an Email app which enables emails to be sorted by Sender but have had no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions please.

I just updated my iPod touch to IOS 11.2.5 and now i find that I can not use Voice Over to read by character in the To box when composing an email message. I set the rotor to Characters and when I am in the To edit field, I get the bump noises when I swipe up or down. Am I alone with this problem?

I have made a list in my contacts that I want to send emails to every day with an attachment. I first go to the file, then select share and then mail. I've found it easier to type in my subject first. Then I go to the /from/cc/bcc button and double tap. I change the from field, as it wants to use the wrong address. Then, I go to BCC and type the list name. Sometimes it finds it, sometimes it just sits there. How can I ensure it will always recognize the list name? Also, is there an easier way to do this. I have the iPhone SE 2022.

Hello, how is everybody today? I am not sure if this is an iPhone 5 problem or not and if it isn't, then please let me know. I have my Gmail running through my phone and I have noticed that a lot of messages, especially certain ones on the listserv I am subscribed to, are not showing up in my inbox. Also some emails from our research panel I am part of our not showing up. They used to but now they don't. Yesterday I went into my junk folder and found that all these messages that I haven't been getting in my inbox are going straight to junk.

Hi all,
just discovered that I can no longer find the 'Emergency Call' button on my iPhone's lock screen in iOS 7... I've never actually used it before, but when I just read about a security flaw in that feature I wanted to test it out and found that button to be absent, I can't find it anymore when dragging my finger across the screen or flicking. Is it just me, or is anyone else having the same issue?

Yesterday, I downloaded the NBC Live Extra App. This is the app through which NBC will be sttreaming the entire 2012 London Olympics. From what I can tell, this will be the only app with which people can watch live coverage on their i-devices. There is one critical problem with this app, it is completely inaccessible with VoiceOver. The only thing that shows up is a link to an ad of some kind. Through some random tapping, I managed to get a highlights video playing, and even the player was inaccessible.

Hi all. When I send my boyfriend a text, he doesn't have Imessage, I usually would get the normal emoji. the ;) the :) etc. For some reason, when I click emoji, and it's on the currently used category or whatever it says, it sends him stickers. Which, when you read back, the emoji stickers have this weird number. something like 265030 unicorn face blowing a kiss attachment. So how can I get the normal ones back? Maybe I hit something but, it's sort of odd.

I have updated to IOS 9. I do have a question, when using the emoji keyboard how do I change pages with this latest version of IOS software? Swiping with three fingers to the left/ right or any other gesture does not seem to work. Emojis are something that I use a lot so it is rather annoying that it is stuck on the first page of each category. Can anyone help please?

I'm on a bit of a rant so please, don't ell me you might not have this frustration. Moving on. I just spent at least five minutes trying to selecting the woman face palming emoji. I know the frequently used changed based on what you use. but between almost inserting ones I didn't want, and having a problem navigating the pages, here's my solution. I find the pickers to adjust easier. yes, there are so many this may not be an option. maybe a radio button for category like now but then sub radio buttons for say hand gestures or occupations or whatever.
