either this is a very serious bug or it's just me.

iOS and iPadOS

I just got the new IPhone SE third gen. I transfered all of my data from my old phone to this one. I did a restart on the phone just to make sure my restart shortcut was working, big mistake! When the phone came back up I had voiceover because I heard the clicks but no speach. I tried restarting my phone as well as toggling voiceover off and back on again. I can't believe this happened! I am so frustrated. If this has happened to anyone else I think we need to mark this as a serious bug. The problem is this is going to be a hard one for the accessibility team to reproduce as I used the transfer from another phone option instead of restoring a back up from another option. This is the first time I used the new transfer feature since ios11, and let me tell ya, it will be my last!

Push the volume up! VO probably brought it all the way down.
