I have ever so little light perception and was, somehow, able to set up face ID. Now, however, I cannot get it to work; my phone still asks for my pass code. Which way should I have the phone facing to make face ID actually work? It seems like you get about half a second or so to make it work and that's it. Any tips or advice is much appreciated.

Has anyone tried assistive access which was , new thing introduced in IOS 18 in accessibility settings.
Basically makes a simplar interface of apps and all.
Great for people who are new to iphones or just want a simpler interface.
Anyway if anyone's tried it how well does it work with voiceover?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the assistive touch icon from moving? Sometimes it will stay where I put it but sometimes I find that it has moved covering up a spot on the screen that I need so I have to move it back.

- Positional audio (assuming this is what it's called in English)
- The option to move the carret/insertion point to the character to the right regardless of whether the user navigates text from the beginning towards the end or vice versa, which is also the behavior on Windows
- The chess app and other games, if any
- A customizable welcome message
- Not exactly the same as on MacOS, but an option to choose whether the VoiceOver focus/cursor lands on the "parent" item, the very first item on the screen (often the Back button), or the first window-specific item

I know I've spoken about this before, but the solution to this still eludes me. I can not tell you guys the number of times I've played this level of the game, and I still get eaten. You've got the giant chess board, and I understand the idea, because I've heard the beginning naration thing as many times as I've played the level. The silent squares are wood, and the noisy squares are metal. You can step on wood to lose the hog. roar! he won't hear your steps. I can quote that in my sleep i've heard it so much!

I hadn't used the app in a while so at sign in, I was asked to put in a verification code which Lyft texted to me. But, there was no edit field in which to put that verification code. Is this a known issue that Lyft knows about? I hope so because sending a note to them on their web site was also inaccessible.

Hi all. Subject line is straight forward. I took a photo, then I couldn't figure out how to attach it in a mail message. Yes, I could've clicked share, but isn't there another way? I already had written the text, I just needed to attach. all i saw was minimize draft and send. Thanks for any help.

I had a problem with Uber and my credit card. An representative of Uber sent me an e-mail asking me to take a photo of my card and send it to her in the very same e-mail's reply.
Ok, I thought. This is anoying but they need it, so why not? I then found someone to take a photo from the credit card, using of course the iPhone which is currently the way I use to take photos.

I'm sorry for the broad distribution of this announcement, but AppleVis has always been the community through which we have connected with Clew users. Honestly, I didn't know how else to get this information out there.
Last night we published an update to Clew. Shortly after the update, I discovered that there is a bug which prevents any saved routes that were recorded with previous version of the app from showing up in the saved routes list. What's worse is that if you then save a new route, it will overwrite your old routes.

OK, so, I know this is a rather personal topic, but this is the only place I could think of to ask about this.
Since iOS 8.3, it seems that the Period Planner app that I was using has become very confsingly labeled and that the interface has become equally as confusing.
I am therefore wondering what other period/menstrual cycle apps you use for keeping track of that. I'm looking for something that has the "next expected period" estimation function like Period Planner had.
