Hello.
Could somebody enlighten me please how to attach media in the built in email client?
I have a very urgent need to send a screenshot of a PayPal receipt as a proof of payment, but I'd like to send it in a return mail and not as a new one.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Hi all. Subject line is straight forward. I took a photo, then I couldn't figure out how to attach it in a mail message. Yes, I could've clicked share, but isn't there another way? I already had written the text, I just needed to attach. all i saw was minimize draft and send. Thanks for any help.
Hello to all,
I am trying to convert .pages format to a .docx format so I can save it to my iCloud drive and attach it using my web browser. The recipient cannot read .pages format, so I have to change formats to get it sent in. Is there anyone who can help me with this? Thank you for your time in advance.
I had a problem with Uber and my credit card. An representative of Uber sent me an e-mail asking me to take a photo of my card and send it to her in the very same e-mail's reply.
Ok, I thought. This is anoying but they need it, so why not? I then found someone to take a photo from the credit card, using of course the iPhone which is currently the way I use to take photos.
I'm sorry for the broad distribution of this announcement, but AppleVis has always been the community through which we have connected with Clew users. Honestly, I didn't know how else to get this information out there.
Last night we published an update to Clew. Shortly after the update, I discovered that there is a bug which prevents any saved routes that were recorded with previous version of the app from showing up in the saved routes list. What's worse is that if you then save a new route, it will overwrite your old routes.
OK, so, I know this is a rather personal topic, but this is the only place I could think of to ask about this.
Since iOS 8.3, it seems that the Period Planner app that I was using has become very confsingly labeled and that the interface has become equally as confusing.
I am therefore wondering what other period/menstrual cycle apps you use for keeping track of that. I'm looking for something that has the "next expected period" estimation function like Period Planner had.
Hello:
I'd like to as if someone can give me the steps to activate sleep mode in the Audible ap? It seems straight forward but I have not been able to get this feature to work. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance. also, thank you for being there.
I recently upgraded to an iPad mini from and iPad 2. The Audible app doesn't work properly on the iPad mini.
When I attempt to download a book, the download starts and then a little while later, I get an error message telling me no cellular network is available. The title is only partially downloaded and my Wifi connection has disconnected and has to be manually reconnected.
This never happened on my old iPad, with iOS 5. However, the same thing happens on my iphone 5, which is why I think it is the app and not my iPad mini.
Has anyone else had this issue?
So, i've been having issues with the Audible app failing to download titles completely. I'll be reading the book, and then quite of the way through, the ook will stop playing, and an alert will come up saying that I need to resume the download. It's like it only gets part o the book when I hit the download button. I'm not sure what's going on. I don't think it's my wifi, as I've downloaded podcasts without too many issues. Is there any way that I can resume the download without deleting the book and redownloading it entirely? I'll admit, I haven't tried redownloading.
It seems that not only does 2.5.3 have problems, but it is now impossible to continue using earlier versions that did work, as the login will now fail on those versions.
So, I've had enough. Audibooks are important to most visually impaired people, and they are excluding us, which, for those of us in the UK, is illegal.
Hello,
My name is Blair and I wish to float an idea which has the potential to substantially improve blind peoples accessibility to a wide range of mainstream entertainment resources throughout the world.
What is required is an iphone app which provides access to a library of audible descriptions for movies and television programmes. Through this a blind person will be able to listen to audible descriptions through a single earphone, whilst not affecting others in the same lounge or theatre.
Hi all. I'm using the audible app, and I downloaded a book, waiting to be Heard, the Amanda Knox story to my phone. I listened to the book, and now I want ti off my phone. The delete button on the audible app itself is deactivated. No matter what I do it won't activate. If anyone else uses audible, please help.

Hi All,
I recently updated the Audible app. Now when in a book and flicking right I can only go as far as "volume control". In order to look at the rest of the buttons etc I have to randomly tap on the screen. Has anyone else seen this? iPhone 6s running IOS11.1.
when I turn voice over off and on on my I phone 5c, how do I make voice over make a sound to let me know it's on or off?
I have a friend who has an I pod 6 and her voice over makes a sound when it's turned off and turned on.
Hello,
Is there an app that will treat files as if they were audio books meaning users are able to set bookmarks, control playback speed, etc? I'm looking for something that behaves similarly to the Audible app. Obviously the Audible app can only play Audible content and not mp3 or other file types.
Many Thanks,
Louis
As I reported in the thread on the introduction of Apple Music, it appears that certain functionality has been lost since Audio Books were moved from the music app to IBooks. Or, at the very least, the functionality has been so well hidden that I can't find it any more.
For example, I cannot find any way to synchronise an audio book to my Apple Watch.
