arrow keys doesn't work any longer

Hi.
I've got a problem with a keyboard.
Before I could move around with the Arrow keys using my physical keyboard.
browsing menus etc.
but now it doesn't work any longer.
what can have happened?
I can type in text fields, nothing more.

Hi,
This might sound crazy, but is quickNav turned on? If not use the left and right arrows simultaneously to turn it on. Make sure you're not in a text field however.
