Hello all,
I am interested in task manager apps. I was listening to the one on OmniFocus2 and it sounds like a nice app. However it is fairly expensive at $40. Wunderlist is free and accessible on the iPhone but is not accessible on either the Mac or PC. Does anyone know of any task managers that are free or low cost that are accessible with voiceover on the iPhone?
Regards,
Greg Wocher
Iβm an app developer, and I would like to be as inclusive as possible, I made an app to help developers and designer learn SwiftUI, and I would like to get feedback from the community on how I can make my app more accessible.
Hey Everyone! I'm designing an Education App and need testers/participants. Please let me know if you are interested.
Hi
The current craze for people of my generation at the moment is taking selfies. I've been using SelfieX, which is an app that allows you to use the back camera to take a selfie, with spoken instructions from the phone. I was wondering if anyone had any other ways of taking selfies, or any tips to do with editing them, or taking them in the first place. Just curious to see what I can experiment with...
Help! Can anyone give me a dummy step by guide as to how to delete selected words or lines from text I have dictated?
Hi guys. I tried using Seeing AI for the first time last night and I love it! I think it can read printed books and it works amazingly well for products.
I don't have a lot of experience using the camera so does anyone have any tips for maximizing results? I noticed it had trouble recognizing some of the letters in the cookbook I was scanning. Should I have the book lying on any particular surface? And do I really have to hold the Iphone pretty high above the page for it to capture?
Thanks!

Hi all,
Was just wondering I am totally blind is there any way of taking pictures with the camera app on the IPhone 7 or is there an app that you can use to take clear pictures. Any directions on how to do so would be appreciative. Thanks
I am a library volunteer who assists a totally blind author of essays and articles on topics including physics and politics. He currently uses a Sony recording machine with mechanical buttons for start, stop, rewind, fast forward, and play, but this technology, and those who maintain it, are disappearing from the world. He would like to communicate with other totally blind authors who have successfully transitioned from a system like the Sony recording machine to an Apple-based recording or dictation app.
Hi folks,
This is my first time using this. I have issues with painful vision so I want to learn how to use voice over. I have basics down like touch to select and double touch to activate. I seem to be having trouble being able to use it for regular web browser use. I have some issues with memory but am determined to figure it out. If anyone is really familiar and willing to do training I would be grateful. I know itβs new information but Iβm having trouble figuring out how to use it for day to day stuff.
hy guys, theres eny tutorial regarding goldwave for ios? with VO?
thanks)
I'm having a darned of a time using Garageband app on my iPhone with voice over enabled. I found alot of tutorials on the web but they don't instruct using voice over no doubt. Everybody knows the gestures are very different if voice over is enabled.
Hi, I'm seeking a voice recorder app that will let me continue to listen to media such as music with my headset as I record. I don't need or want the music to show up in the recording, but there are some times I'm recording events and such, but still want to be able to listen to my music through my bluetooth headset, speakers. All of the recording apps I have encountered on iOs cut off my music when I start recording, which is EXTREMELY frustrating.
I am the developer of the Head Shadow iPhone app, an AirPods Pro hearing aid for people with single-sided deafness.
The app can use AirPods Pro or other earbuds to boost the hearing levels of people with general hearing loss, as well.
I am deaf in the right ear and developed the app with universal accessibility in mind.
The first release of the app, in January 2020, included VoiceOver and other key accessibility features for low vision and blind folks.
Hello all,
Iβve developed Dash Calc, an everyday calculator for iPhone with a focus on simplicity and usability.
I'd love help testing its VoiceOver support. I've followed Apple's guidelines and done my own testing, but nothing beats feedback from people who rely on VoiceOver daily.
You can join the Dash Calc beta via Appleβs TestFlight program by opening this link on your phone:

The most recent issue of "Talking Book Topics" (July/August, 2016) mentions, in the "In Brief" column, an app called SeeLight and SeeLight Blind. The "Blind" version of the app is intended to assist with the location of traffic signals and other information to be used by vision-impaired pedestrians. I was curious, so I downloaded and installed the app from the Apple Store on my iPhone 6 Plus. After opening it, I discovered the text on the screen is in Cyrillic.
Has anyone used the seesaw app with success both on the teacher and student end of things?
in the tubi tv app, I can choose a show, but I can't pick an individual season or episode. Has anyone found a way to do this? Also the apple tv app is no longer accessible, forcing me to use the xfinity tubi tv app with the xfinity talking guide. thanks.
