Hello, I'm not exactly sure if this should be posted here. However, I am a user of the Jawbone UP24 and also of a fitbit flex. I do know that the flex app is very usable with Voiceover, but is anyone else on here using an UP24 fitness tracker. Recently, I've switched back to the Jawbone UP24 due to a bad charger cable for my flex. Anyway, please let me know if you do find any alternatives to the native Jawbone app. Thanks!

Hi all,
I'm looking at buying train tickets for an upcoming trip, however, I can't seem to find an accessible app for buying train tickets.
I tried using My Trains, but it seems hard to get the ticket, as when it asks me to select the ticket, I don't have 2 elements, but one element which lists the price of both first class and standard tickets, so I can't really select one of these tickets.
Does anyone know of a way to either work around the issue with My Trains, or of any other app that I can use to buy train tickets?
Hubert

hi everyone so I was just wondering does anyone know of a good accessible app for looking up TV shows and being able to tell what services they’re on I understand that there is the TV app but I haven’t been able to necessarily get that to work to make it show other results besides just iTunes and I don’t necessarily want to purchase from iTunes so I was just wondering if there’s any other options out there or hers anyway to make the TV app called her out iTunes and show me other services I know some of the shows are available on other services besides iTunes sa

Hi,
I'm searching for some accessible apps to help me edit my You Tube videos before I upload them to You Tube. I would like to add music to videos and have the ability to adjust the music so it will not be too loud. I would like to merge more than one video into one video when I need to.
Thanks,
JoAnn

Hi folks,

I’m wondering what’s available to scan images, convert them to PDFs, easily extract text, and create PDFs with multiple photos. What app would you recommend for these tasks that works well with VoiceOver? I’ve tried CamScanner, but it’s terrible unless I use screen recognition, which makes my phone much slower. Also, is there a shortcut or a quick tool to extract text from PDFs with images without having to go into an app and click on a bunch of unnecessary stuff? Thank you!

Hi, can anybody recommend an accessible iOS app for recording phone calls? Ideally it should do this automatically every time that you make or receive a phone call. Thanks, Joe

Hi all,

I'm currently looking for an accessible app which will allow me to keep up with breaking news headlines. I live in the U.S., so ideally I'd prefer the app to be geared toward use in The States.

I use Twitter to keep up with the latest news while on my computer, but using Twitter for news isn't as practical on a phone. While I could in theory use an RSS reader, I'd rather have something that could display the stories directly in-app. I know there are solutions out there, but not all of them are accessible.

Hello,
I’ve been an Evernote user since 2012.
However, due to their increasing costs, and serious lack of accessibility on windows. I am looking for something new.
Ideally, I want something that does what Evernote does, that’s Accessible, and works on windows, Mac, iOS, and the Apple Watch.
I would like something that allows both audio and text notes, as well as images, and links with previews.

The subject line pretty much says it all.

I don’t need or want anything too comprehensive. The app just needs to make it as easy as possible to enter and track blood pressure readings and heart rates. Anything more than this will be redundant and probably just get in the way.

Any recommendations or pointers would be very much appreciated.

I’m looking for an accessible tv guide app that works with voiceover. I’ve tried the tv guide mobile app and the tv guide of my cabel provider. Both of them are almost completely unuseable. Can you ideas for suggestions or appreciated

I've spent a dozen years with iTUNES, and I still hate it!

Now that PCS are often sold with SSDS rather than spinning drives, hard drive size has decreased. My home laptop has only 128GB of storage and my work laptop has 237GB.

Hi! I was wondering what apps are safe to scan information you don't want anybody to see? For example credit card bills. I don't want anyone to see my credit card number. I have seeing AI and prizmo go. are they acceptable? Thanks

Hi everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to this wonderful community for some advice. As a blind musician and accessibility advocate, I love interacting with new people and making friends. Platforms like Clubhouse and TeamTalk have been great for meeting and hanging out with others, but I'm curious if there's an app out there that offers similar features and is available across major platforms such as iOS, Windows, etc. What I'm specifically looking for is:
• An app where people can gather, chat, and hang out.

I have most of the navigation apps that are accessible, including Navigon and SeeingEye. And they are great for getting to a specific place. Or seeing what's around me once I'm there. What I also want to be able to do is pick an area I will be at later or another day and find places near it, so if I want to go for coffee, pick a resttaurant to meet someone at, etc. and want to plan ahead, I can check out that area and see what is there.

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for an app that does what Braigo does. I have a lot of meme pages on Facebook, and I used Braigo for that along with other things. But now that the app has crashed, while I wait on the devs to fix it, I'm looking for an app that I can use for the time being.

I've contacted Braigo and they are aware of the issues, so now we just wait. But I'd like to have an app that I can use until then. The ipad is my only ios. device, so I can't use another device to take a pic of the meme.
