Hello, everyone.
I cannot activate the button labeled "MenuOpen" in Rhapsody Version 3.12. A sighted family member can occasionally manage it with VoiceOver turned off. I imagine that without menu functionality, some of the features of Rhapsody are unavailable to visually impaired users or are at least hard to locate. I'm a new user who has managed to find a good deal of accessible options, but this menu failure is perplexing. I am using an iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1.2. All help is appreciated.

Hello
I am finding it impossible to answer notifications when my Ring doorbell is triggered by an alert. The Accept and Decline options that used to be available appear no longer there, the notification disappears quickly and the Live Bbutton in the notification seems to be invisible to VoiceOver.
Using iOS 15.2 on iPhone 12. I hope there is still a way around this, either with Alexa or more importantly on the iPhone itself. I am sure I am not the only one who is using this excellent doorbell but who cannot answer the door from the phone?

Lately, I hear voiceOver announce, "ring mode," every time I press the up volume button. Can anyone tell me why this is happening, what the phone is trying to tell me, what other modes might be available, how to change modes, and more important than anything else - how do I turn this apparently pointless announcement off?

I want to purchase an accessible door bell. I understand that Ring has an audio feature so you can talk to whoever is at the door. Is this app your top recommendation? If not, please provide other options. Thanks in advance for your help!

What app does anyone use to create new ring, text, etc. tones for your iPhone? I am looking for an easy to use app to download already created ring tones to my iPhone without (if possible) first transferring them to iTunes on my Windows 8.1 laptop system. If this isn't possible, I would appreciate any suggestions for the best app to accomplish my goal. Also step by step instructions on how to utilize the app & its features would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for everyone's help with this issue.

Hi! i downloaded the app ring tone 500000+ to make a own ring tone to my iPhone. but I'm wondering one thing. I could send this ring tone by e-mail to myself but need I to sync it via Itunes for using it as ring tone on my phone or? I thought that it wasn't necessary. so without Itunes it doesnt work!

So, I just put a ringtone on my iPhone 5. I want to use it as a tect tone though and not as a ringtone. However, when I go into settings, sounds, and text tones, it doesn't show up. But if I look for it under ringtones, it's there. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this or if it is just a bug?

Hey guys, I have a quick garage band question. Is there a way to boost the volume of a track or an audio recording so that when you export it as ringtone it won’t be super quiet? I exported a ringtone when played is pretty loud, but when I go to the Settings app and click on the ringtones and stuff like that, it plays back really quiet. Is there a way to adjust that? I have the change with buttons already turned off and I have a sound volume level set to full blast in the settings app. But still, it’s really really quiet.

Hi everyone, I am wanting to update to the latest IOS software, but am concerned about a few things. First, are there any risks of updating directly on your phone? Do you lose apps, music, and other things like contacts? Also, I read about the iphone hacking virus. Can that only happen if you update and if so is there anything I can do before or after updating to prevent the virus? Thanks.

I've had RNIB Navigator for a few weeks now, and am quite happy with it. I seem to remember stumbling across a way to brows the points of interest without putting anything in the search field. Can anyone help me out with this?
Update: I think they may be completely broken. I just searched "The" and nothing came up.

Whenever I load the app nothing happens for a while and then I get a message that it has timed out. This started yesterday as far as I am aware.

Does anyone use a robocall blocker? I'm looking for a good accessible one. I know you can silence all unknown callers but I'm not sure I want to have to add anyone who might possibly call me to my contacts. I tried Youmail, and it's the most accessible one I've found, but it didn't seem to block a lot of calls. Right now I'm using Hiya, but it's only partially accessible and the app's interface seems to have changed a lot recently.

I know that the roder is a powerful tool for changing settings. However, it seems that it just keeps growing and has so many items that it's a struggle to quickly and easily find the appropriate item when needed. I call this condition rodder bloat. In other words we have too much of a good thing. What would be really be handy is to offload rodder items to siri. Imagine how much easier it would be to say something like select text or visited links. Powerful tools should be made as simple as possible.

Is anyone having problems with Roger app? The latest update on my iPod 6th GEN is really killing my battery. The iPod get really hot when I'm using the app. I noticed this behavior a couple days ago. Earlier tonight my batter got down to 19 percent.

Hello all,
In just a few short days, Roger, one of my favorite voice messaging apps will sease to exist. I know about Hey Tell, Zello, WhatsApp, and Threma. I am just trying to figure out which one I should go for. I already hav WhatsApp, but sometimes the messages that I receive take up room on my iPhone. Another app that was recommended to me was BitTorrent Bleep, but I do not know if that supports voice messaging. And I know that Wire is not very accessible. Have I missed any apps? Let me know your thoughts and suggestions.
