iOS and iPadOS
Hi all. I'm using an iPhone 32 gb four, and for some reason there's now an alert that says enter voice mail password. I don't know why it's come up, can anyone tell me why? My service provider is AT&T if that makes any difference. I'm also using the latest IOS.
Hi Siobhan, what it basically meant that you have to enter your Voice Mail's password, so the iPhone can integrate your Voice Mail to your phone. However, if the Voice Mail pasword keeps nagging you about it, it only means that you are not entering the correct password. you may have to reset your password. You can just call your cellphone carrier provider if that's your case. Goodluck, Musicruz
When the alert comes up enter the password on the keypad then double tap okay.
If you have forgotten your password, Call 611 or 800-331-0500. This is an automated system and will text a new password to you. I had to use it last week and it worked very well. You will need to supply the last four numbers of the account holders social security number.
