Hi everybody, I was wondering if anybody else was having an issue logging in to their Bank of America app? the app had been fully accessible now I am unable to login, the username edit box does not type any characters when opened, and the password edit box won’t even open to edit, anybody else having these issues?

I have recently upgraded to iOS 16.2 on my iPhone 12. The app known as bank Tivitt he has become inaccessible with voiceover. I have received no feedback from the developer, IGG software. Is anyone else using this app?

I am supporting a lady who is losing her sight and wants to use her iPhone (8) when she is shopping to scan the bar codes of food cans and food packaging to identify what the item is.
This needs to be UK based.
We have tried Seeing AI which is great for brands but not for "own brand" items, such as those made for Sainsbury's or Tescos.
Has anybody got any suggestions?

The barcode scanner on the invision AI update from yesterday doesn't seem to be working. I'm having an issue no matter what I scan it tells me the barcode is not valid. I know the latest update was suppose to update the barcode scanner. Anyone else having issues?
How do you get it to work?
Every time I focus on a barcode and hit the scan button, all I hear is a "beep" and then no further feedback. Also, after the "beep" everythign else is dimmed. Also, sometimes, it takes a couple of presses to get the scan button to even activate.
Also, for some reason, the "torch" (whatever that is) turns off after a certain amount oftime. Not sure if that's normal and if it turning off or on is interfering with my barcode scanning...
Hey All, Since the most recent update, 1.4.8, I have had multiple problems with the BARD app; the flick gestures on the picker lists don't work, button in the player app are missing, (for instance the Jump Back button) or not labeled; lists are not rendered well. it's as if there's a problem with how VoiceOver is reading the code? I've tried everything, including deleting the app and re-downloading (losing all my content), and re-starting my phone, etc.I haven't seen anything about others having this issue.
I'm running iOS 14.5.1 on an iPhone 10R. When I double tap on the BARD icon, the app will not open but instead defaults back to my "Reading" folder where I have BARD and other library type apps. All other apps seem to open. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a software issue on my phone? Thanks.

I used the BARD Mobile app to download books more than my desktop computer when the app came out. However, since upgrading to iOS 8 on my iPod Touch 5th generation, I have had problems under Get Books. After I have heard the first 50 books in a list, I double tap "Load more." After that, I swipe up with three fingers to hear the next page. At that point, BARD Mobile usually closes and takes me back to my Home screen. Has anyone else experienced this? I have tried with all three version of iOS 8. I am currently using 8.1.2.

Greetings, I have been using BARD mobile to read talking books since it was first released. So several different iterations of the iPhone and iOS. When I upgraded to my iPhone 11 I started experiencing consistent problems. What happens is I will be playing a book, I lock the screen, it plays for a while maybe five or 10 minutes and then the application crashes and of course play Ceases. I unlock my phone go back to Bard and find it at the point in the book where I had locked the phone. So I have to jump forward find my position and start playing again.
Is anyone using the BARD Mobile app on an iPod Touch? Does it work well and is the sound about the same as on an iPhone?
Hi all. I'm just about to try selling my 8+ however, there are books on one phone and not the other. It seems like i've signed in because I checked the user account settings and see my email and password fields filled in. I've signed out of Icloud and as soon as I erase content, I'll check on the new phone again. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. Stil getting used to the new 12

Is there a way to rewind or fast forward by a quantity greater than 5 seconds which happens too be the default? Sometimes I wish to hear a a chunk that I enjoyed and I find it frustrating to hit the 'Rewind 5 seconds' many times. I could go to the previous item but that is way too far back.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When listening to a book on Bard Mobile, I find the volume of the narration is lower than the iPhone's volume. Is there any way I can raise the volume of the speech or at least have it play at the same level of the iPhone's volume? Right now I keep increasing the iPhone's volume

specifically, some material, especially music titles, such as DBM03440 and DBM00863 either cause the bard app to crash or won't authorize at all. who do i contact for problem like this?
