Hi. I am trying to hide the on-screen keyboard on my iPhone 13. I need to do this because the keypad that popped up to allow me to enter an authorization code is hiding the submit button. Searching online hasn't found any answers for voice over users, but a mainstream solution that didn't work. Would someone please explain how to do this?

Hi, as mentioned in the subject line, I'm unable to locate the iMove app on the app store for download. The search option does not show this app and neither the utilities section displays this app. I'm looking for a direct download of the app from app store and not through iTunes, would appreciate if someone can guide on getting this right. Thanks
I hope I'm posting to the correct area here; if not, please accept my sincere apologies. For the past couple of weeks, I have not been able to purchase apps (even free ones) or buy music for my IPhone. I can select what I want to buy and the option comes up for me to enter my touch ID which I do. It then immediately reverts back to the screen with the listings from which I chose the item and the app or music I want to purchase does not appear on my phone.
Hello:
I am experiencing a strange issue in the iOS mail app. When I attempt to move a message from my inbox to another folder, I am able to select the appropriate folder, but the message remains unmoved. I don’t see a confirmation button to process the move and the screen remains displaying my folder list. I seem to recall in previous versions of iOS, the screen would automatically dismiss after you selected a folder. Is anyone else having this issue, or am I just missing the obvious?
Thank You,
Matt
Hello,
This is my first post on Apple Viz, so forgive me if I am not adhereing to protocol.
I would appreciate some help solving an issue with my iPhone 6 and my bluetooth keyboard.
After opening the messenger app and navigating to a specific message thread while using the keyboard. I open the message to read and then reply however, when trying to read the message or open the edit box to reply just results in a thump thump sound with voiceover running.
Hello there. I've heard now in IOS 18 there's a way where you can actually pause recording of videos and resume with out having to take more and edit later. However, can't figure out how to do that with Voiceover. When I record something, the only thing I see is the stop button and not a pause button. Is this yet another thing that apple couldn't get right and that we're unable to do yet again or am I missing something here. I truly hope it's the latter.
As the subject mentions, I'm quite simply unable to post anything to the developer forums here with an iPad pro. I sign in, select a topic to reply to, but clicking on the "Unpronounceable" with Voiceover edit box for some reason scrolls the page to the top in Safari. Any ideas? Of how to fix this? This seems to happen under current versions of both 9 and 10.
Hello AppleBiz community, I'm trying to post an application to the app directory for iOS and iPadOS. When I click the save button after entering all the information such as the app name, category, app description, iOS version, app version, and all of that, nothing happens when I hit the save button. I don't get any error messages, and my app does not appear in the directory.
Hi
For some time now, I've been unable to react to messages in messenger using VoiceOver. One can locate the reaction buttons after long pressing the message or engaging the context menu, but pressing them does not add the reaction like it's supposed to, but simply returns you to the main conversation view with no change to the message in question. Has anyone found a workaround to this?
I've reported the bug in the feedback section of Messenger.
Best
Malthe
Hi All,
I have recently noticed that I am unable to receive push notifications for Timeline Posts, Group Posts and Comments and Activity I Have Missed.
I have consulted the mobile notifications setting in the Facebook for iOS app, but the check boxes for the mentioned notifications refuse to remain ticked.
Greetings, I am working with a client and came across an unusual issue. When she asks Siri to set an appointment, Siri asks her for the title, then for the date and time of the appointment, followed by asking if she is ready to schedule the appointment. When my client says "Yes", Siri thinks for a second then comes back with "Oops, I've encountered a problem." This is a repeatable issue and no matter how she tries to phrase the request, Siri gives the same error in scheduling. Any thoughts?
Note: she is on an iPhone 11 and running IOS 16.
I just upgraded to IOS 10 and I am running an iPhone 6s. I wanted to download and install the grand clock app off of the app store. These are the steps I followed:
1) Open the app store.
2) tap on the search tab.
3) tab on the search edit file located in the top left portion of the screen.
4) Enter in a app name such as grand clock.
5) Swipe or run your finger around the screen.
Result: Notice that there is an area on the screen that voice over reports as search results and that it is not possible to obtain any search results.
I'm using iOS 13.1.2, and when I go to the safari general settings, I want to change my default download location to dropbox. I know that I need to go to other, but when I do, Dropbox is dimmed, as is Onedrive. Both Dropbox and Onedrive are connected to the iOS files app, so I'm not sure why it isn't allowing me to choose dropbox as my default download location. Is this only possible using the paid version of dropbox?
Hello all,
I looked in the original periscope thread for this issue but was unable to find it so I'd thought I'd ask. Before you start a broadcast you have the ability to tweet your stream to twitter, however when I double tap the twitter icon button it does nothing and when I look at twitter I don't find my periscope tweet. Is this one of the accessibility issues with periscope or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks.
Hi everyone,
Ever since I received my iPhone 15 Pro, I have been unable to locate the Share Content button while on Facetime. I'm assuming this is because the Facetime controls are in the dynamic island, but even when I go to the app switcher and bring the controls up there, the button doesn't show. I know that this has nothing to do with iOS 17 specifically, because this worked just fine on my old 12 pro running said OS.
Hello team, I hope you are well.
I would like to report that while we are using any of the Siri voices with VoiceOver, it is not possible to ask Siri or use the listen to page button in the page formatting settings in Safari in order for the current page to be read. The problem was identified in iOS 17.0.3, but also occurs in the initial version of iOS 17.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Make sure that a Siri voice is being used Before opening Safari;
2) locate the page settings button in the upper left corner of any page that contains a text or article;
