I have recently begun taking an interest in weather apps, I have tried several accessible ones listed on the website as well as the stock ios weather app.
However I have noticed that none seem to offer the option of changing the temperature unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
I have even hunted through the stock ios app for a setting to do this with no luck.
So, can anyone either tell me how to set this in the default ios weather app or recommend me one that provides Celsius as a measure of temperature?

Hi all. Subject is pretty accurate. I've been playing around with the health app on my iPhone 14 to see if there's any way for me to log more data without getting an Apple watch. I'm still figuring things out, but came across a feature called "State of mind". Have any of you used this, and if so are those entries shared with anyone else? I ask because earlier today I figured out how to link my medical records with the health app, and I wrote some stuff which I don't want seen by anyone. Kinda long story which I don't want to get into, but there you go.

Regarding the google mail app does it download all of your messages on your phone? or does it just save them on the server?
I have emails on my gmail from when I've opened the account in 2007 and don't want those taking up space on my phone.

So I saw this app recommended several times on this site I think and decided to install it. The thing is I am unable to actually have a proper free version of the app, the maximum I seem able to get is 3 days free trial with the plus plan and then $12 monthly. Is this normal? Can others tell their experience with the app and if it's worth paying for it? Also clarifying if my expectation of having a real free version of the app I can use is wrong or not. If there is a way to get that it's not accessible with voiceover it seems.

Hi guys,
I have a question about the Press To Record app which was recommended on the app recommendations part of this site a couple of weeks ago.
I believe the app is a brilliant idea and has several advantages over other accessible recording apps. One of these is the ability to produce a text version of a recording, excellent for me as a Ph.D student currently doing some semi-structured interviews.
However, my question is about how to get the text version of the recording from the app to an e-mail attachment or to some kind of transfer software such as Dropbox?

I'm new to lyft. I know on uber you can see the ETA of a uber before requesting it, like for example it will say pickup location ETA 5 minutes button. however I can't find out how to do this on lyft. Is this not possible on lyft until you actually request a ride? If it is possible to see a lyft ETA before requesting where do I go to see it?

Hello, When I double tap with two fingers to answer the iPhone or hang up the phone, it often causes Music to begin playing as well. This happens a lot. How do I stop this from happening? I have an iPhone 6.

Forgive me if this gets long winded. In the native music app, how do I get to a specific album to add to a playlist. I have already created the playlist and hit the "add" music button. How to I get to the Table index after I hit Albums? I know how to do this with a braille display, but my display needs to get fixed. So, I want to do it via the screen. I hope this question makes sense. Wayne

I am using an iPhone 6+ running IOS 9.3.4. Since Comcast is not available in my area, I was hoping that I might be able to get Olympics coverage using the NBC sports app. I have downloaded it. In accessibility settings, I have audio description set to "on." So far, I have gotten only one video clip to play, and there was no audio description. Has anyone been able to hear audio description using the NBC Sports app?

I am wanting to use the notes app widget because it seems to work as sticky notes, however I am wondering if there is a way to remove a note from there without actually deleting the note? It seems to be awesome though.J I am open for other sticky notes suggestions but I will probably stick to this one because it is integrated.

I use the built-in podcast app on my iPad & love it. I find more benefits 2 using that app than some sort of other podcatcher for a variety of reasons, including the fact that since it's made by Apple that means automatic compatability with voiceover for example. I do have 1 question that I hope u can help me out with. Is there a way 2 make it not automatically play the next podcast episode when u r in your unplayed episodes tab? If so, can u please tell me where 2 find it & how 2 find it? Thanks!

Not sure if this is an app thing or uber in general but I was wondering on an address what are the extra numbers the app puts in? When the app displays my pickup location I've always edited out those extra numbers in concern they may not come to the right location.

I was wondering on my IPhone when I go to bed I like to turn off my notifications so that way they don't wake me up, even if I mute the phone it still vibrates. I was wondering is there a way to silent all notifications or do I have to turn off each app's notifications one by one?

Does anyone know if it is possible to take part in polls in Twitterrific? In the native Twitter App if someone posts a voting question you can see the options and vote for one. I can't seem to find that in Twitterrific. So assuming it can't be done?
