I am trying to get the prizmo app to extract text from some PDF textbooks I have. I am importing the PDF file to prizmo, but only the first page imports. Their website states that it does multipage PDF's. I purchased this app after seeing it recommended on here, so I was hoping someone could help me figure out what I am doing wrong. Thank you.

I am using latest version of Prizmo on iPhone 5. That was long since last time I tried capturing paper and get them recognised with it. Still I am having an issue with it, I am not getting any voice guidance regarding page orientation or page being ready to capture. I tried everything in Voice Over configurations such as switching hints on them off, nothing seems to work with me. Any suggestions, please?

I've written to Apple Accessibility about this and they say they're working on it but they're not going to give a time frame. . Hopefully the more people who write in, the quicker it gets resolved.

But when I look at the battery levels sometimes the level jumps directly from 55% to 53%.

I use Voiceover and have a weird problem when browsing playlists on Spotify on my device. What happens is that I can navigate to the first 2 songs and then when I try to move to the next it jumps to the vertical scroll bar. Does anyone know how I can solve the problem?

I have come across an unusual problem with creating folders on my iPad mini... If I drag an app on top of another, nothing happens and also if I try dragging an app into an existing folder nothing happens either...
I am running iOS 7.1, but it's not a problem with the software as I can creat folders with no problem on my iPhone 5S. . . The issue only appears to be with the iPad mini.
I have reset the iPad as a last resort but the problem persists...
Has anyone else come across this problem, and if so have you found any workaround?
Hi Guys, am I the only one having problems deleting emails from the iPhone Mail app? It worked fine till the last 2 updates were installed.Let's say I have 200 emails and I want to delete them all at once. I used to go into Edit and at the bottom of the screen was the Delete All button, tapping on it deleted all 200 emails instantly. Now however when I go into Edit the Delete and Move buttons are greyed out so I can't delete them anymore. I contacted Apple who said there wasn't a problem, all you do is to go into Edit, select an email, flick up to Delete and tap the screen.
Hi friends. I have a problem with screen recognition. When I turn it on, the download stops at a certain number and never completes. My device version IOS15.7.1
Since upgrading to IOS 12.4 I try to log in with my passcode and keep getting locked out because when I move my finger over the screen to hear the number that I require and then I used to just double tap anywhere on the screen and the number I wanted goes in and the cursoe rmoves to the next box again I move to the hear the number I need and again once I hear that I used to just single finger double tap anywhere in the screen and the number went in, exactly the same method I use when typing, hear the letter nad then just single finger double tap anywhere on the screen.

I've got iOS 10 and an iPHONE 5C. I am an experienced VO user, but this is really stumping me.
If I'm in contacts, sending a text is easy. I select the contact, and either select the number in the details screen or select the button for Text and from there select the recipient's phone number.

I have created a mucic playlist on my iPhone 8 and have arranged the songs in alphabetical order by title. I have also selected this in my music settings to be sorted by title, not by artist. However, every time I connect my iPhone to my Windows 10 PC to back it up or just charge my phone, it changes the order of the songs in the playlist. I find this to be extremely frustrating! I'm using the latest update of iTunes on my computer and iOS 11.4.1 on my iPhone. I also have my preferences set to prevent devices from syncing automatically when connected.
I have been frustrated trying to listen to Voicemail on my iPhone for years.
When you first activate a voice mail, it immediately starts playing at a very low level, before one has the opportunity to choose whether to use the speaker or not.
Once the voice mail does start playing at a very quiet level, one can try and flick around with Voiceover to find the "audio destination" button, but Voiceover is then so quiet that it is hard to find the button.
