I've noticed some weird behavior on my iPhone 5C. I have the ringer and alert volume set to 100 percent, and Change with Buttons is set to off. The ringer, clock alarm and timer sound at 100 percent volume like they should, but all other alerts such as reminders, text messages, emails, and alerts from third party apps such as Alarmed, sound at whatever volume I have the main sound volume set to, which is usually pretty low. This behavior persists even after several hard resets. I don't think it's supposed to be doing this.

Hi I am having issues with app store. When I open it, it says Personalised Ads and there are two options Turn On Personalised Ads and Turn Off Personalised Ads.
Both buttons are dimmed so I can’t press it. I can’t get past it so it is impossible to use the app store. I am on iOS 18.0.1.

Hello. I got a itunes/app store gift card. I redeemed it and tried to purchase an app. After i entered my touch ID, it says "verification required. before you can make purchases, you must go to settings >ITunes and app store >apple ID and verify your payment information". I clicked on continue it opened the settings, double-tapped the apple ID balance, and added the funds, but still it says the same things, even with a free app. Any help?

I have been forwarding some text messages from my iPhone 5C to my email so that I can make copies of them on my computer. If the message I'm forwarding is text only, no problem, but some of the messages have audio attachments, and the attachments are not being sent to my email with the messages. Is there any way to fix this issue? I wasted quite a bit of time forwarding several messages to my email yesterday only to find that the attachments weren't there.

Hi everyone.
I have encountered an issue with audio ducking on my iPhone 6 running IOS 8.1.2. Sometimes, the volume level will lower when VO speaks, but does not return to its original level. On other occasions, the volume will not lower at all when VO speaks. I never turn audio ducking off. It can be easily fixed by turning Voiceover off and on by triple-clicking home. However, it is a bit annoying.
Has anyone else come across this issue?

Hello great Applevis team, hope you are well. I wonder if you guys ever reported that bug where the iOS system is constantly disabling text speech and auto correction. This was the reason why I didn't update one of my phones to iOS 15, as the main phone has been having this issue since the system was introduced, as well as other friends I have facing this issue as well. I've already made my report to Apple's accessibility team, but so far I haven't even gotten a response. Thank you in advance for your attention.

one of my learners is having problems using Safari on his iPad with an Apple Bluetooth keyboard and using voiceover. To go to the address bar he can either use Cmd + L or Ctrl + up arrow to get to back button and then right arrow to address bar. With both methods the focus shifts immediately from the address bar to the first item in the favourites list underneath and so he then has to navigate back to the address bar using left arrow, then clear the current text as it is no longer selected and ready for editing.

Hi all. I have a standard Apple Wireless Bluetooth keybard. Until I updated to IOS 11, I was able to control the music player on my iPhone using the top row of the Bluetooth keyboard. This was especially convenient when using Airpods, as I could use it like a remote control to cycle through tracks, mute the phone or control the volume.

Hello! I am a youtube premium subscriber and recently i noticed that i cannot browse videos on a home feed normaly. when i browse videos voiceover always says something like the name of the video and the phrase «play video» but it doesn't tell the name of the channel and the count of views. after each video there is also a blank line where voiceover says nothing. however, my friend who has purchased a youtube premium subscription doesn't have that issue. i wrote to the youtube help and they said that sorry we cannot help you with that, try to turn off voiceover.

When I am in yearly view and tap to go into month view it reverts back to the main screen. Do you Know if anyone else has had this happen or is it just something that's only happening on my iPad?

yesterday i bought bluetooth headfones of jbl model. the modle is e50. i have a problem with VoiceOver and caller id: wen call is incoming, i hearing the ringtone, but i can't hearing not my iphone and not on my bleutooth head phone. VoiceOver dosen't talking wen i receiveing incoming call. someone knows this problem? ann know how to solve this?

As of one of the recent YouTube app updates, composing and editing comments underneath videos has become partially inaccessible. You are able to type as normal and you can use the rotor commands to move by character or word, but if you want to touch the text entry field to have voiceover read out everything you’ve typed so far, it’s no longer recognized. You will just hear a blank button where the text field should be.

The button to dictate only shows up in messages and notes, not in apps like logging in to BARD or Newsline. Blind friends tell me dictate works for them in those situations. Please help!

I am trying to watch "up" with the disney movies anywhere app, and it's not working. it doesn't seem to want to sync. I'm doubly sure that i clicked on up for the movie. any ideas? I really want this to sync. I bought the DVD in germany with wishes to watch in german, but i was never able to because there was no AD track. So now I want to use the AD track on my phone to watch. thanks!

In previous versions of the system, when I touched the emoji on the keyboard and then wanted to interrupt the input, all I had to do was swipe my finger and take it away from the screen.
There seems to be a problem with iOS 13.1.
Even if I make the above gesture, the last touched graphics are added.
Sometimes it happens that the entire emoji string that I will follow with my finger is entered.
Does anyone have similar experience?

Hello everyone,
I recently installed EyeNote to identify currency. Whenever I open the app I get absolutely nothing on the screen. I have tried exploring and flicking around and there seems to be nothing there. I am using a 6+ running IOS 8.3. Has anyone else experienced this? I would try LookTel but I really don't want to have to spend $10 on the app.

Hi guys, let me explain a problem my girlfriend is having with VoiceOver, the iPhone, and the Facebook app. When she writes a comment, she experiences a slowdown while typing and when using VoiceOver to read the characters she has typed. We had the same iPhone model, the SE 2022, and I didn’t have this issue. Now she got the iPhone 16, and the problem still persisted!

Since the last version of facebook for iphone, I note the following problem, which disappears at a moment, but came back some days ago.
When I read my actuality feed, voiceover telle meevery time profile picture then the name of the person, then the name of the person and this, for all the status I read, and I find this really boring, because it's a waste of time for me.
Do you note this problem, and how can I fix it if there is a way of working out?
