playing a dropbox video file on repeat in iOs

Hi all!
I have a video file with music that I would like to play on repeat, even offline if it exists.
It is a lullaby called Banana Tree and I would like it on repeat when I want to sleep.
This piece always made me fall asleep.
I do not have a computer, so it will have to be in iOs.
