Hello, I have MyWay Pro on my iPhone13. It is a navigation app written by the Swiss Society for the Blind which allows you to set way points and then follow these way points as a route. In the last few months though it has changed and I need to contact their technical support but I cannot find any suitable links or email addresses which get a response.

Subject says it all.
When I use to ask Siri to name that song, it use to point me to apple music, now it points me to the iTunes store.
Don't I get some choise?
I'm not sure if this latest update is the cause of it or if apple did something at their end or even if there is some sort of setting I can change to get it back to the way I had it previously.
Any ideas?

Using IPhone SE and IOS 18.
Nat West Bank released an update to their app a week ago.
When I've logged into the app I see my list of accounts.
However, when I perform a one finger double tap on the account I wish to view nothing happens.
I've tried this on another SE running IOS 18 and the same happens.
Ring the bank I hear you say!
I did this and they told me that after the latest update they are aware of problems with Voice Over.

I have noted in Jaws that a voice called Nathan is available. as it is a nuance voice, is their a reason why Alison, eva, samamtha, tom etc. are available but not the Nathan voice? I like it.

Around a week ago I was browsing through my gmail account using the native iOS app and somehow managed to hit the "compose" button by accident, which of course started a draft email. I deleted the draft by double-tapping the "cancel" button and confirming the deletion, but noticed after returning to my inbox that I still apparently had a draft in progress. Repeating the above actions accomplished nothing, so I went into the "drafts" folder and manually deleted the email.

Hi All, has anyone come across a bug when using the maps app. Basically, when you enter a destination you get a number of route options. So you get the quickest route then a couple of alternative routes for driving. The issue is you can click on the route to get detailed directions. However, I can only check the original route out. If I try and look at any alternative routes the directions are the ones from the first route. There doesn't seem to be a way of checking directions for any alternatives. Just checking if this was me or an issue for Apple to be made aware of.

Can anyone confirm if Voiceover works with the native reminders ios app? If so how does it work? I've set up a few reminders as tests and I never get VO to remind me. I assumed even on the locked screen when a reminder was due VO would speak it or at least let you know you have a reminder. Or have I missed something. Whatever, nothing ever happens so I maybe doing something wrong. Any advice thoughts appreciated. iOS 11.4 iPhone 8.

I know this community can be shy with its opinions, so I'd like to coax you out of your shells a bit. Sarcastic intro aside, I'd like to know your thoughts and experiences with apps that have been developed natively for iPhone using Apple's development tools versus apps that embed websites in the app. For this, I don't mean using a Safari shortcut on YOUR home screen. I'm talking about downloading an app from the App Store.

Hello All,
Has anyone here noticed that the native weather app is a little quirky under iOS12? I find that if the weather app has been used earlier in the day and then I use it later to step through the hourrly forecast then the temperature for a given time is omitted by vo. Similarly, the word sunrise or sunset is also omittedd by vo. If I select a different city then it works as expected. Now if I move back to the original city then things also now work as expected.
Not a show stopper but I should maybe stick with Weather Gods instead!

Does anyone know, when the native I/OS weather app shows how much rain an area has received over what period that's for? I used to think it was since midnight of the same day but now I don't think so because the other day my area received multiple inches of rain, and I looked one time and it showed one number and then when I looked later that same day the number was lower. If it resets at midnight that number should've still been the same or higher since another midnight hadn't passed yet.

The main show-stopper for me regarding writing long documents on IOS has always been apparent lack of a keyboard command for moving by paragraph. A Google shows reference to this shortcut for IOS Word, but is it available system-wide in apps like IA Writer and Ulysses, Notes, etc? I've gone through the dance of downloading, running, being completely frustrated by, and uninstalling various text-editing apps multiple times on IPhone.

Hi, I'm currently into a mission about investigating how deafblinds people can use VO with IOS. I'm also testing apps from a accessible perspective. My question is about the rotor in VO. Some of the deafblinds people does need to navigate by row. But it seems to be a possibliity that depends of not only where the cursor are located but also which app you are running. That makes me think this is a coding issue rather than a VO issue. Does anyone know more about this?

I don't do much web surfing on my phone. So, I thought I would try the Familiar Applevis site. I use headings on the rotor to look at the list of posts. But, when I tap on a post to read it,The rotor goes back to characters and I have to select headings again. It's the same when I go back to the main page. Is that the way it's supposed to be?

Is it possible to insert headings into notes in the native IOS Notes app in such a way that they can be navigated using the headings option in the rotor? When I create a note with headings and I go to the headings rotor option, when I flick up and down, it tells me "heading not found".
