Music starts playing while on a call

iOS and iPadOS
Since iOS 6 I have noticed that whenever I am on a call and hang up using the two finger double tap music that I have on my iPhone will sometimes start playing. It always has been random and I haven’t been able to predict when it will happen. For example, what app I may have been using before the call. Now I went to answer a call with the two finger double tap and the music started playing while I was in a call. It was a pretty important call and I didn’t feel it was appropriate to ask the person on the other end if they could hear music. The only way I was able to get it to stop was to do a two finger double tap after logging in to the iPhone after the call has ended. Very weird! Has anyone else had this happen? I am using an iPhone 5S and running iOS 7.03
