Hi guys! Although I've been using iOS for almost two years, I haven't used the native Music app. All I do is using the File Sharing option in iTunes and copy my music to Foobar 2000. But recently, someone asked me if I could copy something to his iPhone. It turned out to be a New Testament audio Bible, with 27 separate folders and flac files for each book contained in the dedicated folder for the book.
iOS and iPadOS
Hello to all,
I am trying to assist a friend who is working to make an app more accessible via the Ios platform. I would like to provide him resources in terms of developers to contact who can assist with some of the more coding specific discussions that I am not familiar with.
Can anyone point me in a direction toward a developer who might wish to assist? I have attempted to contact AFB for instance in the hope that the development team for access note and career connect might assist and have to date been unable to get to talk to anyone.
Thanks for any thoughts.
I'm looking for an herb app for IOS that is compatible with the latest IOS vertion and is also accessable with Voice Over. Does anyone know of such an app? Thank you!!!
These are apps I use for either reading something or getting some help. TapTapSee is my first go to app to do something quickly. Check the temp on my remote control or quickly read food or packages. For food I use digit eyes and again if that doesn't work for me or I get impatient scanning I go back to TapTapSee. I use KNFB to read mail or flyers. If I need sighted assistance, I use one of 2 apps. Either bespecular or the be my eyes app. I had issues with that be my eyes app for a bit but its improved drastically.
This is a great find! I prefer learning from documentation rather than podcasts. Though the Applevis podcasts are great, for me, I often have questions a podcast doesn't answer.
And some documentation online isn't much better. They have a firm grasp in the obvious: "go to settings to change your preferences" or "press the add item button to add a new item".
I know this is late, but I didn't have a lot of time to work with it last week. For those of us who were already using Workflow, and might not have had a lot of time to play, here are the differences I've noticed between that and Shortcuts
You can now use the drag and drop commands in the rotor to reorder shortcuts in your library. Also, if your shortcut accepts input, and you're using an iPad, you can drop things onto a shortcut and have it run with what you dropped as input.
I am trying to figure out an issue for a coworker. Their Hey Siri has stopped functioning. They are running iOS11.3.1. So far we have tried rebooting the device as well as turning the feature off and back on, which required a re-training for Hey Siri. Any other suggestions of why the feature has stopped working. I personally don't use it and admit I'm a bit at a loss myself, but I'm sure others here do. Here's to hoping someone has a tip or trick my team and I have not yet though of.
Thanks.
My friend has a 6S and she's still running iOS 12. When she wants to read a text message with hey siri on the lock screne, it says you'll need to unlock your iPhone first. She went into notifications and then into messages and the setting was set to show previews always default but she's still having the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a way to hide the book controls? When using a Braille display, I'm getting a lot of "actions available" messages. Thanks.
Hey guys, I know this sounds silly, but how exactly do you hide the keyboard on an iPhone 12? I tried to close the keyboard on Facebook messenger, but every time I open up a chat, the keyboard opens up automatically. I don’t know how to close it without backing out of the chat altogether. And with other apps, it either goes away because I’m entering in a search field, but if I’m in a chat or something, like a text field an app such as iMessage or any other text field that does not go away when i press return, it just will not go away.
I know Apple mentioned something about hidding items on Safari on iOS. Can someone help me do that? I can't seem to find a Hide Distracting items on Safari on iOS.
Hi.
Is there a way to hide all purchases from the iPhone?
I got a lot of purchased items and want to hide them. I've hiden few apps from iTunes one by one but didn't find a way to hide them all once.
Any suggestion?
Hello!
My question is: is there any gesture that allow us to hide onscreen keyboard?
Good afternoon,
