Help With Multitasking In iPad OS 13.3

Recently I’ve been trying out the multitasking features on my new iPad, and am really enjoying them. I’ve mastered multitasking with the doc, but it says in settings you can also do this with apps on the home screen. Does anybody know how to do this with voiceover?

I've never worked it out if there is one, I'm afraid.

The best thing I've been able to do is learn to multitask by dragging apps from spotlight. Assign an unused touch command for it in settings, invoke it from the first app and search for what you want. With practice you can then double tap and hold on apps and drag them left or right to multitask with them. It's fiddly at first, but useful.
