Is there an app for iOS that will let me listen to flash content on websites?
iOS and iPadOS
On the Fleksy web site, the developers claim that the latest version of Fleksy has again integrated complete VoiceOver support and that the Fleksy VO app is no longer needed. Here is the post:

I have the latest version of Fleksy and tried to use it with VoiceOver and seemed to have a difficult time. I'm wondering what other people have been experiencing with the latest mainstream Fleksy app compared with Fleksy VO.
Thanks.
I just read in Macrumors that the Fleksy app is available free for a week.
hi all,
First of all, I hope I am putting this in the right place. Okay, so I had the main fleksy app in IOS seven, so it did not say I have to buy it. Anyway I updated the app, and tried to get it to become a keyboard for IOS on my IPod running IOS 8.02, and I can not find the settings to turn voice feedback on. I understand it does not work with voiceover at the moment and I understand why. However I would like to use it, even with just voice feedback. Does anyone know what is going on here? is the settings gone or am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
all the best,
Since the latest iOS update, I have been enjoying the ability to use Fleksy with VoiceOver enabled. However, I am noticing a few issues. First, I am unable to figure out how to manually type characters. Has anyone found a work around? Second, I can't seem to enter new lines. Am I missing something? Finally, when using the enhanced quality Samantha voice, all words are echoed using a higher pitch. Is this just another issue with VoiceOver?
Thanks.
Dane
Hello,
It is my understanding that the authors of Fleksy released the source code of the Fleksy VO app as open source last year. This code appears now to be on GitHub.
The current versions of Fleksy and Fleksy VO are 32-bit apps and as such will not work on iOS 11.
Okay, let me give you some context. I absolutely hate braille screen input, can't figure out m braille, and absolutely hate dictation because it's an unreliable piece of crap, and I don]t like people knowing what I'm doing, might as well call instead of texting because people would hear it anyway, and regular typing is slow as hell. So, when FlickType came out, it was a ground breaking experience for me. The thing is, for the past year I've been using it, there has been one glaring bug.
Hello, I will try to explain my issue as clearly as possible.
In some instances, flicking to the right or left does not move to next or prior element on the screen. For example, while trying to enter passcode to use Apple Pay on an iPhone XR, flicking to the right after hearing “enter code”, I hear the digit one, but it immediately goes back to the left to “enter code”, not allowing me to tap to enter the desired digit.
It seams to me that I had this issue before, must be getting old, I do not recall how I solved it! Any help would be appreciated.
I subscribed to and am trying to use Flicktype. When I'm in text area and type, characters are not showing up in text field. When I flick left, I hear "Export Text". When I flick right, I hear "Flicktype" or "Next keyboard". I've tried switching typing modes in my iPhone Accessibility settings but that hasn't helped. Deleted app and re-downloaded it. Also shut phone down and re-booted it. What am I missing? Thanks. Greg
Hi FlickType Friends!
In response to many of your requests, we now have the half-screen option as well as yearly subscription option available on the App Store, with version 3.1. We've added a half-screen as well as a minimal option, these can be located under "size" in the settings option. We'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback, there are still some quirks to work out but we'd love to hear how these new options work for you.
I have been using Flicktype for several years now and find the app wonderful. However, I have just updated to the new IOS 14.2 and I am unable to use Flicktype. Please has anyone else found this problem and are there any workaround?
Many thanks in advance.
Today, we couldn't be more excited to announce the launch of FlickType on the App Store. This marks the beginning of something new, and we have a lot more planned for the future. A huge thank you goes out to all our amazing beta testers, we literally couldn't have done it without you, smile.
