Hello,
iOS and iPadOS
I keep seeing references to the Fitness Plus App and the issues people are having with it. Where is this app? I can't seem to find it. Thank you.
I have been getting into fitness of late. While my body is getting better, my brain hurts. I wish I could get a consistent quantification of health data. I use a combination of the stock Health, My Fitness Pal, Blind Square, and Zombies Run. I use either a treadmill, or the great outdoors. I will use today's walk for an example of my issues. Let's check the distance. Blind Square said I walked 5.1 miles. Zombies Run, using a set stride length step count said 5.01 The Health app dashboard said 5.67 miles. I cannot find a way to determine how the Health app turns steps into distance.
We have received comments to version 1.0 and 1.1 and we are releasing version 2.0 that incorporates the comments that we have received 📣.
Below are the five major reasons why you should give 2cBoard a try.
Hi All,
I have just solved a problem regarding Facebook notifications on iOS that has been annoying me for a long time.
Normally, I would receive a notification from Facebook on my iPhone about a comment or mention, but the notification would not have any accompanying sound. This was relatively ok as VoiceOver always alerted me that there was a new notification, but it was a little annoying for me at least.
I think I have found a resolution for the issue I described, and it has worked on my iPhone and another member of my family’s iOS device.
Hello,
I just got an IPhone 6S, and while using MBraille or the Braille screen input, I will type and the soundcard will clip half or all of the character when I'm typing. The beep for Siri is also clipped when using Hey Siri.
Rather than saying "the" I will just here "uh" or rather than "my", I won't hear anything.
I can hear a pop when the sound card turns off and on. A hiss is on when the sound card is working.
I'm running the latest IOS 13 with an IPhone 6S.
Is there an app for iOS that will let me listen to flash content on websites?
On the Fleksy web site, the developers claim that the latest version of Fleksy has again integrated complete VoiceOver support and that the Fleksy VO app is no longer needed. Here is the post:

I have the latest version of Fleksy and tried to use it with VoiceOver and seemed to have a difficult time. I'm wondering what other people have been experiencing with the latest mainstream Fleksy app compared with Fleksy VO.
Thanks.
I just read in Macrumors that the Fleksy app is available free for a week.
hi all,
First of all, I hope I am putting this in the right place. Okay, so I had the main fleksy app in IOS seven, so it did not say I have to buy it. Anyway I updated the app, and tried to get it to become a keyboard for IOS on my IPod running IOS 8.02, and I can not find the settings to turn voice feedback on. I understand it does not work with voiceover at the moment and I understand why. However I would like to use it, even with just voice feedback. Does anyone know what is going on here? is the settings gone or am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
all the best,
Since the latest iOS update, I have been enjoying the ability to use Fleksy with VoiceOver enabled. However, I am noticing a few issues. First, I am unable to figure out how to manually type characters. Has anyone found a work around? Second, I can't seem to enter new lines. Am I missing something? Finally, when using the enhanced quality Samantha voice, all words are echoed using a higher pitch. Is this just another issue with VoiceOver?
Thanks.
Dane
Hello,
It is my understanding that the authors of Fleksy released the source code of the Fleksy VO app as open source last year. This code appears now to be on GitHub.
The current versions of Fleksy and Fleksy VO are 32-bit apps and as such will not work on iOS 11.
