So, yesterday I finally got my new MacBook pro with touch bar. It's the 15 inch MBP with 16GB ram, 512 GB drive, 2.6/2.7 GHZ I7 sky lake chipset, you get the specs. Anyway, what do y'all think of the new mac with the touch bar. Do you like it? Hate it? what's your thoughts and do you have one. Personally I love it. Took a little getting used to, but now it's working great. I personally like the new butterfly key switches in the new keyboards. It makes typing a little more interesting. Also, have you noticed on here that the speech/audio seems kind of compressed?
Apple Hardware and Compatible Accessories
Hello Everyone,
Now that some of us have a brand-new iPhone 7 sans headphone jack, what are we all doing to cope?
I'm trying a pair of LG Tone Pro Bluetooth earbuds, with mixed results.
I really like them, except for two significant issues:
1. Lag. This is sometimes crippling, especially for us VoiceOver users.
2. Excessive beeping, particularly when editing and typing text.
What is everyone doing? Have you tried a pair of Bluetooth earbuds or headphones with your new iPhone 7? What are you trying, and what are your experiences with them?
what did every one enjoy about the apple event that took place yesterday
Who wil be geting a new i phone 15 when they are going to be shiping them?
greetings,
I'm just wonder what is the real proper care of iPhone's battery care, from your experience and application to your own phone what is your proper battery care?
Hey guys. I don't know if this is the correct forum to post this on, so if it is, I apologize in advance. I just watched the Apple event for the Mac and iPad and I gotta say I'm glad I bought my MacBook Air when I did. So it appears that there's no way now to avoid the Butterfly Keyboard if you're in the market for a new MacBook. Sure, the ability to use touch ID and invoke Hey Siri sounds awesome, but the keyboard is a show stopper. I've played with a butterfly keyboard and I get why people complain. Keys are too squished together and there's no travel.
Hello! I see there are lots of folks sharing experiences on a number of ways to facilitate the use of Apple devices. However, I have not found any suggestions on AR glasses while it might be the most handy option.
As far as I know, Apple schedules the release of its official AR glasses for the middle of the spring 2021. I know nothing on the price, but I can imagine the device will cost a fortune.
Hi all,
I wonder if you have any comments about the iPhone XR? I am thinking about buying one of these iPhones and have read some opposing comments about the model on the internet. Most of these comments are from sighted people who criticise the LCD screen. However, as a blind individual, my logic is that this doesn't matter.
So, some views would be appreciated.
Steve.
What do you want in the new iPhones
For the iPhone 15 pro series at least once a battery that can last as long or even to pass my galaxy A4 S
Using a personal hotspot on that thing all day literally doesn’t drain any battery at all
I’m sorry Apple but if it AU$250 galaxy phone can destroy an iPhone 14 and battery life well you have something bad with you
To be fair I am running an iPhone SE 2022 but still
What does everybody want in the new iOS updates/Apple releases for hardware this year
What was the first i pad every one got? I had a i pad minni second generation then i upgraded to a i pad air third generation.whitch is stil serving me well.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, hopefully everyone who has been nice will be waking up to a delivery from the elves and you’ll all be having fun unwrapping your new toys. Sadly, I’ve been too naughty to get a delivery this year but I can’t wait to hear what you all think of the new Titanium body and action button on the new pro phones. What is everyone customising the action button to do? Hopefully I can be nice this year and get my hands on the action button next year but can’t wait to read everyone’s ideas of how to use this new feature.
I have just ordered the latest Mac book air from Apple here in the UK and before it comes I wanted to find out what external cd drives will work with the 2013 Mac book air as the Apple super drive is far too expensive at £60 due to the fact I would only be using it to install windows 7 and Microsoft Office and so can't justify spending that amount of money on a thing that I would hardly use. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated
Hello all.
This is my first post, so excuse me for any errors… I’m still new with this.
I’m looking to upgrade my M1 MacBook Pro for an M4 Pro, Mac mini, and I’m really not sure what hardware would be required.
I remember reading somewhere that the Mac mini required a dongle of some sort to run headless… Is this true for the M4 Mac mini?
So far, I’m guessing I’ll need the following items: keyboard, mouse, headphones, or speakers for sound out.
