I own an iPhone 6 with 64 gig & currently run IOS 8.3.xx.
I have no issues & device seems to continue to run well even when updating apps optimized for IOS 9.x.x.
Wondering if I should take the plunge and update to IOS 9.3 (now 9.3.1).
Would appreciate any insight, advice & comments from everyone.
I just got my iPhone 5 and I am doing well but when I try to fill in a contact card, I am confused as to how to properly enter an address so that when I click on that contact in maps it will successfully find it and give me directions. Thanks for any help in advance.
I was using Stitcher and I loved it. Then the new version came out and it no longer plays my podcast how I like. I was hoping someone on here could help me.
So I subscribe to various podcasts, I have them arranged in an order that I like to listen to them in. I want to listen to them in that order... I just basically want a list of my podcasts where the most current episode downloads automatically. I want to be able to click on the first podcast (or first available) and play through my list of podcasts.
I have an iPhone 8 and the latest IOS update. Today, I decided to look in the Files app. I found rows of numbers. At the end of each row it said "up arrow, waiting." At the bottom was a list of only for of my documents. What are the numbers all about? And, how do I make sure the folders on my Mac are accessible in the iCloud drive?
Hi everyone, I just recently downloaded Tubeacco onto my iPhone 4S, but am having some trouble watching videos. I search for the video I want, find it and then tap on it, but it doesn't begin. All I have is a action button which says when tapped share video, or go to the mobile site. Then there's a play on Youtube movie button, but again when tapped, nothing happens.
Hello!
Has anyone Heard anything about Tunein and accessibility?
It is for example not possible to set the alarm Clock wich is a feature that I want to use.
Wanted to pass this along to you all. This morning there is an article from AppAdvice with the following statement.
TuneIn Radio Pro Disappears From The App Store
Popular Internet radio app, TuneIn Radio Pro, has disappeared from the App Store.
We think Apple might have pulled the the app due to its recording functionality which allowed users to easily pirate songs or any other copyrighted material
that plays on the radio. This is also a feature not available in the free version of the app, which, has not been removed from the App Store.
Well, I redownloaded TuneIn Radio pro earlier today and noticed that the CBS stations that were removed have been reimplemented. This means that many of the stations that TuneIn Radio had to leave out are again playable.
I originally used TuneIn Radio as my primary radio app, but when those stations were removed because of contract issues, I chose to move to OO Tunes Radio.
Hello!
When I am using Tunein radio the screen updates frequently and the focus moves to the top of the screen on my Iphone so I have to search the information that I read again. Is it any way I can turn this updates off?
I don't know if anyone else noticed changes to Tunein Pro since an update a couple of days ago but if you are like I was earlier, and thinking it's broken, rest assured it works beautifully stil. Its interface seems to have changed somewhat. When hitting on a search result, it wouldn't start playing like it used to. I've discovered this is because hitting on the result now allows you to choose the station, or programmes.
I use the tunein app and I've used the free version. I've thought about getting the tunein pro app, but have questions before I pull the trigger.
1. How accessible is it compared with tunein's free app?
2. Does tunein pro have ads that pop up in the middle of the screen randomly? The free app is bad for this. I know they both have ads, and I'm ok with that. I just wayt to know if the paid version eliminates the randomly popping up when you're trying to do something.
Do we have an app that generates tones? Preferably in multiple octaves, continuous, but some sort of nice sound like an organ or something? I have instruments that Talking Tuner won't pick up, and the small Korg tuner I have that does generate tones generates an annoying beeping noise.
I just updated my instrument tuning app, Tuner+, to have full voiceover support! The app plays tuned notes for guitar, bass, violin, ukulele and other stringed instruments. The app doesn't analyze the notes being played, but is a great solution for tuning by ear to pitch perfect audio.
I'm reading a book in the Books app. If I 2-finger swipe down for continuous reading, everything is fine. After reading one paragraph, VoiceOver proceeds to read the next, and the next, with no meaningless verbage between paragraphs.
However, if I read a paragraph at a time, then VoiceOver announces, "Actions available" after each paragraph, heading, etc.
Is there any way to turn that off?
(We used to see similar behavior on MacOS when browsing the web, FWIW, but I believe that issue has been resolved.)
When taking Iphone from ear phone switches to speakerphone automatically when VoiceOver is turned on.
Is it possible to switch them off? I think it's more annoying than it is useful.
