Does anyone on her use Pandora radio with voiceover? How do you navigate the list of stations since voiceover doesn't read them very well? It just makes the clicking noises but doesn't read anything.
iOS and iPadOS
Hello all,
Anyone have any tips on using the Pandora app on iOS? I recently got a free year of it with T-Mobile. However, I can't figure the app out.

I am using the Paramount plus app, and I know that certain things have audio description. But on my phone, Iβm having trouble accessing it. It seems like itβs a trial and error if my finger canβt find the audio button or not when the video is playing. Is there an easier way to turn on audio description on the iPhone app?
Hi,
My brother's birthday party is coming, yes, happy birthday to him.
I want an app to be carrying around with me that has a party horn sound effect when you blow in the microphone. Are there any apps like that?
And if there are, can you give me some recommendations?
Thank you.
Gave a friend 11 pro max and a magic keyboard with lightning. If the phone restar or is turn on, and asking for the code, can she use the keyboard? If so, how? use space bard or just input the numbers? Step by step be helpful. She is learning to use an iPhone for the first time. Want her to have a good experienc learning iPhone.
I've recently added a pass code to unlock my phone. Noticed there is a button called Emergency. My question is: If you double tap this, will it call 911?
I can't find any information on this. Is there a pass through way to do a pinch gesture, like what the sighted folk use to shrink and expand things, so I don't have to keep turning off Voiceover? The double tap and hold doesn't work with the pinch.
Just realized that I hear that VoiceOver sound that plays when the keyboard disappears, and the text field becomes inaccessible or invisible when I press the volume-up or volume-down button while I have a finger on the on-screen keyboard. Using iOS 17.1.1 on an iPhone SE 2022/3rd generation.
Hello,
My student is having an issue with his passcode and voiceover.
He reports and I have confirmed and tested that when voiceover is on, his zero doesn't work in the unlock screen. It does work in all other areas you need a passcode, for example, when you update your ios. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
Hackers are really bad people. In fact, especially today, they love hacking devices that have Touch ID or a passcode on them.
Apple has introduced in iOS 9 the 6 digit option for passcodes. That makes it a little more secure, but still makes it easy for hackers to hack in. And I'm saying if it is either Touch ID or passcode.
Studies say that passcodes like 1 1 1 1 or 1 2 3 4 are not secure, because that is usually the first guess the person will take. Same with 6 digit codes, 1 1 1 1 1 1, or 1 2 3 4 5 6 would not be secure.
Hi all, is there a password manager preference among us voiceover users? I have installed both 1Password, and Dash-lane, Dash-lane is a little easyer to setup and use I think, but lisening to to the most recent extra potcast, it seems the preference is 1Password. has anyone posted a podcast on the setup or use of either of these apps? will having both on my devices screw something up?
any help please,
best Angelo
Hello,
I was curious what you all find to be the most accessible/most secure password managers on IOS, that are also accessible on Windows in Chrome.
I am currently using Dashlane and it isn't bad, but it has its issues. I will also say I tried Keeper and 1Password 8 and found they were a bit inaccessible in areas. I guess that to say, the three I tried didn't hit it out of the park in my eyes. This is just one users view though, so if you have experiences with any of these or others, please comment on them.
Thanks,
Andy
Hello everyone,
I am looking for a password manager that will work on iOS and on Windows. Anyone have any suggestions? I am using Windows8.1 with both JAWS16 and NVDA 2015.1.
Thanks,
