iOS and iPadOS
Ages ago, I installed LookTel Money Reader on my iPhone. I don't recall the price, but it seems like it was free.
I recently went to use it and to my surprise it was no longer on my iPhone. Searching the app store, I was further surprised to find the app for sale for $9.99, and no indication that I already owned a copy of the app (no way to simply re-install it).
Hi all. So down here in little old New Zealand we have recently changed our bank note designs. As a consequence the Money reader app no longer works with our new money. I saw this coming some months ago and emailed the developers asking if they would be updating the recognition database accordingly. I was concerned as I hadn't seen an update from them in some time, where most aps seem to update frequently. My email disappeared into a black hole, never to be heard from again. Are they still operating? Because there doesn't seem to be much movement on that front.
Hello all,
I haven't been able to use my LookTell money reader for about a year now. Ever since updating to either IOS 9 or 10 it hasn't worked. Does anyone have an answer as to how to get it back working? It still says money reader running and I can still see a light while its running. However, it doesn't read any denominations. Please help. I've even gone as far as trying it on my new iPhone 7. Thanks for any assistance given.
I just tried using Money Reader today after having updated to iOS 10 a couple weeks ago and I couldn't get it to work. It kept saying "Money Reader running" but would not announce any bills I put under the camera. Lighting conditions were normal indoor fluorescent lights, conditions it worked just fine in previously. I rely on this app and if it is broken and no longer supported, I will need to find a replacement app ASAP that does the same thing.
Hello,
LookTel Recognizer is one of those apps that need an update so they continue to work in iOS 11 and later. That's really a shame since I consider Recognizer to be one of the if not the best object recognition apps, letting me to easily and in real time recognize packaged goods like cans, tea packages and yogurts, personal items like DVDs or clothes, or credit and ID cards.
Hello all. I hope you all have great times. I am trying for lots of time to contact the company mentioned in the subject of this post, in order to ask them to update their money recognition app for iOS. In Israel, new bank notes have been released, and a new version of this app is required because we can not recognize most of our today's money notes with this app anymore. I have tried contacting them for lots of time, but did not get any answer. I also did not here from them in a long time in general. Is the company still active?
Thanks,
Does anyone know of an accessible app that would allow me to loop An audio file? To give a bit of context I have a one hour track that I would like to loop throughout the night, but from what I’ve been able to find Anne from my own testing, it doesn’t look like this is possible with the built-in Files app. I have an iPad mini six and an iPhone 12 mini running the latest iOS software. I would appreciate any suggestions.
Hi all,
I am using Garage Band on an iPad, and for the most part it is very accessible, but I am having difficulty adding loops. I can browse loops, but I don't know how to add them to my tracks. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.
Ever since I updated my IFTTT and TED apps, I am finding the apps do not read many of the buttons that had been previously accessible. This requires me to have to memorize the button functions and count which button to tap in order to use the apps. My experience appears to be similar to what was reported on June 29 with the "Sleep Cycle" app. In all three cases, the apps are reported to have made a major update to the user interface.
Hello,
I've been noticing something on my iPad Mini 2 that I thought I would ask you all in the hopes that others are also experiencing this issue.
Hi. Today I had lost speech for long periods of time and the speech would randomly come back. I'm using an IPhone 6 Plus and I'm using the HQ Daniel voice. When I had lost the speech! I could only use the phone with headphones plugged in. I have switched to the Samantha voice to see if the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this?
I have been having this problem for a while now, and was hoping the new update of iOS 15 might solve it, but no dice.
When I finish a phone call using my Air Pod Pros, I have to either restart voiceover, or ask SIRI a question in order to get voiceover working again.
Further, triple pressing the lock button on my 12 mini has to be performed three seperate times to get voiceover to come back, as if the first triple press doesn't really do anything.
It is bizarre.
Hey Everyone,
I have noticed that I lose audio for a period of time sometimes on a group call. This has been happening for a while now. I don't know if this is a bug in FaceTime. I don't know if anyone else has been having this problem. The loss of audio started in iOS 13. It has increased since iOS 14.
Thank you!
