Hi everyone. I've noticed recently that my 32gb iPhone4 I can open the facebook app once, to check things like notifications, of which I have to look because they don't get pushed into the notification center. But if I hear, Facebook, two new items, I click it and it takes a few minutes, then it does the sound like the app is closed, and that's it. I don't know if this happens on anyone else's devices. And if I click the app switcher, it's sitting in there.

For a long time now when dictating iPhone on Facebook, and it only seems to happen on Facebook, when you finish dictating Facebook seems to insert an attachment. I've never worked out what the attachment is. If you don't remember to delete it, when you read back the message full message Facebook puts a number at the end which I assume is the number of attachments it has added. Does anybody know what these attachments are, or how to avoid them?

Hey all. You all know about the in accessibility of the Facebook app. Well, I and a couple of my friends complained. I filled out a bug report, but got nowhere with it. Hi guys
Any iPad users having trouble with facebook for iPad? Basically i cant write statuses or wall posts. Everytime i double tap on the button, itvjus makes this sound an doesnt bring up the keyboard. Have tried installing the app again and it lets me write axstatus, but if i cancell my status, then i cant write another one :(
Does anyone else have this problem? Or does anyone have a solution?

Hi all,
I have, ever since the latest facebook upgrade, been unable to edit or modify my friends lists. Previously, I was able to click on a friend's profile, click the friends button, and select the lists I wished for them to be a member of.
Now, however, when I attempt to do the same thing, I click on the friends list and all I get is the option to unfriend them. Is there a way I might be able to rectify this either through facebook or through another facebook client?

I have a bit of a rather annoying issue I hope you guys can help me figure out. I'm running the latest version of Facebook on my ipad mini 4, which has the latest version of ios. The problem I'm having is that anytime I go to someone's page to try & send them a friend request on Facebook, I can't see the button to do so! The only way I can even send requests, is if I have a sighted person do it for me. Is there a way that I can send friend requests independently again? Thanks in advance for any help!

If the list of Facebook friends contains couple hundred of names, how can I find the one I'm looking for? Is there a way to sort this list? Thanks for any advice.

I use the Facebook app to read through my newsfeed. Recently, some of the posts from a couple of my friends are showing up as blank entries when I swipe to them. Also, I can't access the action rotor on these entries. If I flick up or down, I just hear the bong sound.
I believe this might have started with iOS 14.5, but it might have been happening before that. I've now upgraded to iOS 14.6 and it's still happening. I'm using the latest version of the Facebook app on my iPhone 8.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

Hello to all, I have noticed, after updating the Facebook app to v100.0 on my iPhone that when creating a new post or trying to share a post, the process has changed. Before, when creating or sharing, everything would be on one page. You could tag a location, tag friends, add photos and videos, change the audience for your post. But since the recent update, now when you creat or share a post, all is the same except for selecting the audience. Now instead of having the "Post" button at the top right, you have a "Next" bgutton.

I recently downloaded the Facebook app from the App Store and finding my way around. As a Facebook newbie, can someone tell me how to play videos that are sent to me? I like to listen to them, even though I cannot see them. Also, when I interact with a post and get to the next page where voiceover says "Choose an action," I can use the like, share, and comment buttons. When I press the more button, I can hear the sound of the screen changing, but VO is silent. Running and tapping my finger all over the screen does nothing but beep and click. What am I doing wrong?

Does anyone here experience this issue?
When I sometimes swipe through my FaceBook posts without opening any of them, VoiceOver suddenly says: "Screen kertain off. Screen Kertain on." When I swipe continiously right, I find myself at the beginning of the page and can not go further. Closeing down FaceBook in the App Switcher does not sort the issue.

Hey. Does anyone have problems livestreaming on Facebook? For example, first I click on the "Live," button. Second, I optionally add a description. Next, I have to make sure that the camera is facing towards me. The problem is that I have trouble switching cameras. It keeps saying, "Rear camera active," no matter how many times I press it. I wrote to support about it and they didn't respond with a personal reply. I am just wondering if anyone else has the same issue.

I've noticed that the location tags in FB posts that is when you move to the "Choose a place" button, there was your nearest location near by EG for me it was Auckland City, no longer shows even after resetting my phone.
1. Launch FB app and go to Status.
2. Move to the "Choose a Place" button. For me no location is shown.
Anyone else having the same issue? I find location tags useful.

The Facebook Messenger bigins to be in accessible with Voiceover, for example when I swipe to delete a conversation nothing seems to happen. Is it any other app available wich works with Messenger I can use instead?

This is my first time posting so hopefully I am following the right steps and doing everything correctly.
Everytime I try and send a voice message with facebook messenger it does not send. I have never had a problem doing this until recently. I have tried just about everything like updating to the latest ios which I regret, I have even did a full reset of my phone and started fresh without retrieving any content from I cloud.

Facebook Messenger is getting messy to navigate. Also the app is really a pain to use, when I type a message and send it all other messages that could be months ago are read by VoiceOver.
Now I am not sure if this is a VoiceOver issue or Facebook issue.

Hi everyone hope you're doing well and staying safe. I have an iPhone SE three running iOS 17 and the latest version of Facebook messenger. I'm having a strange issue and I'm wondering if you can help. Basically the delivery of messages to people who are currently active and online is inconsistent sometimes messages deliver and sometimes they appear as sent and not delivered. these people have not blocked me and they do not have our conversations muted .. Does anybody know what the problem could be, and how to resolve it please?

Hello all,
Earlier today I was using facebook messenger just fine and now all of the sudden every time I open it it crashes. I have reset my phone using the power button while holding the volume down button and it still crashes every time I try and open it. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try?

Is it just me, or did the facebook team remove the messenger ding sound? If they removed it, I hope they bring it back in a future update. It's just confusing to have all my app notifications sound the same now. It was nice to hear that ding sound, especially if I was doing something else, at least I knew what it was. Hope you all are well!

I keep hearing that there is a "m.facebook". Is this correct? If so what is the name in the app store? My wife wants something easier to use than the "facebook social lite".
