[CLOSED] Vote Now for the Next Inductee into the AppleVis iOS App Hall of Fame

By AppleVis, 8 August, 2014

Member of the AppleVis Editorial Team

It is time for the AppleVis community to choose the next inductee into the AppleVis iOS App Hall of Fame.

The iOS App Hall of Fame first opened in 2011, and is the AppleVis community’s way to recognize the hard work and dedication that developers put in to making great and accessible iOS apps. These apps can be liberating; empowering; life-changing; provide access to information that sighted users take for granted; or, in some cases, they can just be good fun!  In short, the iOS App Hall of Fame seeks to showcase the best of the best of accessible apps, as chosen by the AppleVis community.

Listed below are the 10 iOS apps which have made it onto our shortlist to be the next inductee. All have been nominated by the community. The app receiving the most number of votes will be inducted.

  • A Dark Room
  • MBraille
  • Newsify
  • Papa Sangre II
  • Prizmo - Scanning, OCR, and Speech
  • Seeing Eye GPS
  • Solara
  • The Inquisitor Audiogame Adventure
  • Twitterrific 5 for Twitter
  • Umano: Listen to News Articles for Free

Simply use the form below to cast your vote.

Please note that you will need to be registered and logged in to vote. So, if you don't see the voting form, please login and return to this page.

Voting closes at midnight on Sunday 17 August.

If there is a particular app that you are disappointed not to see on the shortlist, please take a moment to nominate it for a future vote.
