Hello Apple Vis forum
Knight Commander has just been approved for the App Store.
It has been a real struggle to get it their as I seem to have broken almost
all of the guidelines that are set out for developers to follow.
The game is not as far forward as i would like as i have
been busy for the last 2 weeks to get it approved.
As with most of my apps and games they get a whole lot better
when released and people support them.
I work for the CNIB Foundation in Canada as the program manager for entrepreneurship & innovation. On May 16, we released The Venture Zone Game—a business simulation learning game for iOS—think Farmville for running a business. The game is available in the Canadian App Store with an international version coming later this summer.
In the game, you as the business owner borrow virtual cash to create a production-based business centred around a product you choose at the start of the game. You learn to run your business by branding, marketing, manufacturing and selling your product.
Hi I'm trying to find an accessible theme park type game like roller coaster tycoon or park boss for Windows. I was very disappointed to find that ft is not vo accessible, despite having written to the revs on a number of occasions. I have tried playing park boss on the Windows pc but for some reason can't seem to get past the set up and install point, so any tips or suggestions are most welcome.
Hello AppleVis members, I've been thinking about creating an airline simulation game on a website. I know this should be an app, but I need to get a Mac, and need to do a lot more before I can even think of creating an app. So before I create this game on a website, here is what I'm thinking for the game. 1. Pick a city, buy your first plain, and creat your first flight path. 2. As you get more money, expand your fleet. 3. Multiplayer features where every airline competes against each other. So, who is interested, and if so, any ideas appreciated.
The Last Wizard!
It’s a regular Tuesday evening when you are pulled from the Earth and sent to a place where magic still exists. You are given a wizard's tower filled with arcane knowledge that you are expected to learn. Thrust into a war between two nations, it's up to you to save the kingdom where you now live.
"The Last Wizard" is a 185,000 word interactive fantasy novel by Mike Walter, where your choices control the story. It's entirely text-based—without graphics or sound effects—and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination.
I would briefly like to discuss these three apps and give a few thoughts and tips on each.
My hope is to enccourage others to try and to enjoy these apps as I do.
Please note I have tried Swag IQ and Cash Show and found them to be inaccessible at this point in time.
Also. I will not be submitting apps anymore as for me I find it extremely more challenging than I can handle. However I can put up informative posts like this to help people struggling with said apps in hopes it might clear up some confusion and make the app easier to use.
Hi everyone. I was wondering if any of you playing timecrest, have got up to the point where you can go with Rodger or stay with the other girl. To do that, 200 relationship points are required and I was wondering what the best way to do that is?
Thanks.
We've just submitted to Apple a major update to Timecrest which is the culmination of us focusing on VoiceOver support over the last couple of months. We turned on screen curtain, put on our headphones, and played through the whole game using VoiceOver. As a result, we've added a ton of new features and improved a lot of UI for our VoiceOver users.
We'll update this thread again when the update is out, probably in the next 1-2 weeks. Below are the detailed patch notes so you know what's coming.
As a big fan of CoG and choose your own adventure games I wrote to TMG to see when will their games be accessible on IOS and this was the reply I got.
Hello!
Accessibility for the visually impaired is actually something that we are very interested in providing, and we have been trying to get it built into our various systems since the very beginning.
I've discovered that by playing Wordle on my phone using the desktop site, I can review my entries with the help of image description. There's also immediate feedback once the enter button is pressed. The desktop site can be enabled temporarily in the root menu of page settings, or permanently in the page settings/settings menu. Of course, I also use the bookmarklet Make Wordle Accessible. HTH :-)
maybe you are always come here and see what's news and hope you can see this post.
I hope you will create more game title and genera !
I hope sometime or later we can have some shooting games title.
like a zombie, shooting games or some survival shooting game as well.
and I hope the game sound quality can be more real and more strengthen
Hi, we are new independent barrier-free game studio Kikiriki Games and we will soon release our first blind friendly mobile game To the Dragon Cave. More information about this game, trailer and newsletter can be found on the website https://tothedragoncave.com
Hi,
We would like to announce release date of the game To the Dragon Cave which is set to 15th of May 2022.
It will be available on iPhone and Android phones.
The game can be pre-ordered on the App Store on the link https://apps.apple.com/app/id1597579625.
For one-time fee $5.99 you will get the complete game. There are no ads or in-game purchases.
The initial release will be in English and Czech, but we already work on translations into German, Polish and Spanish languages.
Many thanks,
When you start a game, do not leave the (waiting for a player to join) screen. Stay there until someone eventually joins your game or until you get tired of waiting. The game seems to have connection, as well as notification issues when the app is left in the background. At least that's how it appears to me. Also, do not leave the game during gameplay, as it often causes the game to freeze. Sorry if I sound like a gamer dictator lol, but staying on the appropriate screens seems to be the workaround for these problems.
Hi, me and some of my blind friends really want to play Town of Salem but we think it's inaccessible. For me it's inaccessible at internet Explorer, I haven't tried safari yet.
Do any of you know if the game is accessible or not? If not, do you have a similar game suggestion that's accessible? If no to both, I think it's really good game and we can contact the developers for accessibility. Sorry for my bad English, admins can edit my post if they want to.
