Since updating to iOS 14.2, I noticed the following bugs. Not sure if anyone else has encountered these
The weather app is no longer easily usable. It behaves like a PDF document formatted in columns. It reads the weather times and then the weather conditions and temperatures for each time. Does anyone know if there is any setting that will fix this

The bug occurs when creating\ a recurring appointment. When you create 2 alerts, only 1 is kept. So if I create a first alert for the day prior to the event, and a 2nd alert 15min before the event, the alert for the day before seems to be swapped and is kept, but the alert 15min prior to the event never takes place.
I called Apple Accessibility, and she could reproduce this w/o using VO. Furthermore, evidently no one had reported this, so she began a new bug tracker on it.

I want to perform a function on my iPhone that I can turn on and off, and I would like it to turn on and off when I tell it to. I want to copy pieces of information to the clipboard and have them automatically get pasted to the end of a document, a note, or anything I can retrieve later, even a file. I don't care if it's an app or what it is, and I want it to be simple.

I CALLED THE ACCESSIBILITY LINE AT APPLE AND YOU DO GET A PERSON WHO KNOWS VO. I DESCRIBED TO HIM THE BUG OF WHEN YOU ARE IN MAIL WITH AN ATTACHMENT THAT YOU CAN NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT BY FLICKING RIGHT AND DOUBLE TAPPING, UNLESS YOU FIRST GET THE ATTACHMENT BUTTON ON THE SCREEN. THIS IS A KNOWN BUG. THE MAN ON THE PHONE WALKED THRU IT WITH ME AND WAS ABLE TO PRODUCE THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, , HE COULD NOT FIND IT AS A DOCUMENTED BUG. SO PERHAPS IF MORE PEOPLE CALL THIS IN IT WILL GET FIXED. THIS BUG MAKES SOME APPS UNUSABLE.

Hi. I have started using Apple Books a lot more these days and was wondering do you guys buy normal books and read them with Voice over or do you buy Audible books from books? I know you can get audio books from within the Apple Books app was thinking of buying a normal book and see what its like reading it with VoiceOver.

I would like to use the Speak Screen for reading books in the standard Apple Books application. But there are several issues that interfere with the comfortable use of this functionality:
1) As far as I know, after iOS 16 Apple Books application was redesigned, which is why the number of pages left in the chapter is displayed in the top bar. The issue is that Speak Screen also pronounces this number before each page. I tried to hide the controls, but then Speak Screen pronounces the book title before each page.

Hi everyone.
Is it just me, or has Apple Books changed quite drastically in iOS 16? Firstly, books seem to be spread across the screen now, with voiceover making little clicking noises whenever you do a continuous read. This is irritating in itself, however the most inconvenient loss as far as I can see is the loss of the status bar. Without the status bar, it isn't possible to initiate a continuous read using the spoken content feature and thus lock my screen. Has anyone else noticed this or is there something I've missed? Thanks.

I was wondering can anyone record a work-out with the new fitness plus running, to let us hear how voiceover supposedly describes in more detail what to do? I am considering an apple watch 7 but do not want Fitness Plus with it, if the extra verbiage is of no use. Thank you.

Apple has sent out the an update for iOS 5 devices including the iPhone 4S that is supposed to fix the battery life and other glitches.
The software update adds multitasking gestures to the original iPad, resolves bugs with cloud documents and improves voice recognition for dictation for Australians.
iPhone4S owners will get an update notice that it is available.

Apple has released IOS 5.1 as of this afternoon. I am in the process of upgrading as I am typing this posting. So when everyone get up to speed. Let us all know what you think. Post any new findings. Apple has made iOS 5.1, the newest version of its mobile operating system for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, available for download, announcing the update at Wednesday's iPad event.

Apple has released an IOS update today. Although it is only a minor update.
IOS 6.1.4 only appears to effect the iPhone 5 users.
The only description that Apple gives is that it updates the "audio profile for speakerphone."
This can be updated by using the Over-the-Air update through your Software Update on your phone or through the iTunes.
Upon, my experience of the update. It does appear to be a very small update. About 2 MB in size. So the update went flawless and quickly.
Before anyone ask. Since the file was only 2 MB in size and only fixed a very small code in the IOS.

Locked out of your Apple ID account this morning? You're not alone. Here's a 9to5mac article that discusses the issue. I found it to be painful, but nonetheless accessible, to reset my two Apple ID passwords and get back into all three of my devices.

I know Google Gemini is being used for image descriptions for TalkBack users. I'm not sure how good those image descriptions are, but something along the lines of better image descriptions would be great.

As i have an Iphone 13 pro max, with 83 batter life, thinking to upgrade to anewer phone,
but the question is, do Apple intelligence worth upgrading?
for all here that are using it, do you fiel that you have something makes your life easier as a blind person?
Frankly, this is all my ideas now is to get sometihng that makes my life easier.
