I'm not sure how many WeWalk users we have on here but is anyone else finding that the app when location is set to always is draining your phones battery and causing it to get very warm? I know that having an apps location set to always verses only while using can drain battery but this app is pretty thirsty.

What doors have been opened for you thanks to screen recognition? I just got my new iPhone 12 pro and want to try apps that are usable with screen recognition.

Hi! Is there any improvement in ios8.2 for the notification bug in locked screens? i.e. Most notifications are not spoken when push messages come in from certain apps as twitter or news apps. In unlocked mode however they are spoken properly. This is an important bug for me whether to decide to upgrade or not from ios7 to 8.

Davy

Hello.

I am a Telegram Android user, i'm very happy for a news regarding the Accessibility of the app Telegram for IOS, but after a few months I saw that accessibility was and remained very disappointing on Telegram for this platform. In fact, Nothing was done for reading the unread message counter, for the continuous scrolling of messages in groups and for many other things. Ecept Telegram Web, any other app that can access the Telegram service?
I now use a lot more Telegram than a Whatsapp :-)

Many Thanks

Sauro

Hi All,

Need an accessible graphing calculator, preferably one that is optimized for the iPadβ€”and not just the iPhone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hello,

I currently use the iOS mail app on my iPhone, but am looking for other options. Which mail apps does everyone recommend? I have a GMail account, and the iOS mail app does not support push notifications.

Thanks everyone!

I cannot remember the last time I saw a goal in Standland. Every day I waste time adding more points, but since finishing all of the goals in 2018, I have yet to see another goal. What am I missing or should I just delete this seemingly useless app?

What are the iPhone apps that you can't live without? Mine is Viber and Instagram. Which one is yours? :)

Hi,

No wonder brail is a dying skill. It seems exceedingly difficult to find a way of reading a book which doesn't have issues. What follows is my experiences and issues with various apps I've used to try and read books on my brail display whilst connected to my iPhone.

Hello!

I'm an Mac and iPhone app developer and have been researching into accessibility in iPhone apps. I'm sighted and have previously added accessibility support to existing apps, so I'm familiar with what's necessary to make them accessible, but I have not actually tried using apps regularly with just VoiceOver.

Hi All,

I may soon need to use local taxis to get around in my small town in Southern Oregon, population 22,000. What apps do you find most helpful for calling a taxi?

Smile. Thank you!

Hi, what are good third party email clients?

With this site being a little taken over by talk about bugs in iOS 7, I thought that it might be nice to have a slightly more positive thread to offer some relief from the negativity. So, I was curious to hear what others particularly like about this update. For me, it has to be the App Switcher. It is simply a joy to use. I also have to admit that the new spirit level (or at least I hadn't noticed it if it were present in iOS 6) has kept me mildly amused as I go around the house checking pictures and whatever else takes my fancy.

My dad's looking for an accessible word processor for his 4S. The one he's looking hard at is Pages. Has anyone used this app, and if so, how accessible is it? If it's not, any other recommendations? Thanks.
