Just a note to say we have been having some problems with push notifications recently and I'm hoping they are now fixed.
The main cause was due to some timing issues between the database and the IBM push notification engine. These were sporadic, intermittent and difficult to track down.
Many thanks to Patrick Plattek who has been fantastic at monitoring and reporting his notification status after I had made changes and tweaks to the system. We had to make several changes over the week so I appreciate his patience and great communication in reporting back to me. Thanks Patrick!
