For the ones who are meeting Supersense for the first time,
This is Ipek from Supersense. We are happy to announce that we are on a Summer Sale Campaign that will continue until the end of July 2021.
Supersense and the Super Lidar are the mobile apps we have developed for blind and visually impaired users to have a smooth everyday life. We have been nominated for the AppleVis iOS App Hall of Fame as an entirely accessible iOS app. We continue working on our features and UI to provide you an even better experience.
A few months ago I purchased the supersense lifetime subscription. Before this I had the yearly subscription but when they started their summer sail I switched to the lifetime subscription. At the time of purchase It told me my purchase was successful, however I'm still getting notifications that I'm running out of time and that September first is the last day. I went into the app and when I tapped on lifetime subscription it tells me that I've already purchased this subscription. When I tap on restore purchases to see if that would work nothing happens.
This is Zeynep from Supersense and it’s the last 2 days before our summer sale ends! As we've also shared on our social media accounts (find us on Twitter and Facebook!), we extended our summer sale until September 1st! We're excited to greet the new Fall season with our updates and ongoing discounts. We're offering 50% off of lifetime and 40% off of annual subscriptions.
As promised I started working at the Trafiklab web site to try and add support Scandinavia to the countries covered by the in Arrivo suite. Yet, while it was reasonably easy to get the routes, trips and stops - notwithstanding it is not possible to get the actual routes of the lines without duplication so forcing to group on the destination and then possibly losing some lines, the elicitation of the waiting times was an impassable obstacle. As a matter of fact I was not able to find keys linking the stops to the waiting times, nor the routes to the stops.
I'm considering getting Swift Playgrounds. There are mixed reviews on the app store. I'm wondering: is it accessible as it used to be when it was last talked about here? Anything else I should know? The big question: is it worthwhile?
Thank you and have a great day!
I have just completed the 'which way to turn' puzzle using the following algorithm: if blocked turn left, else if blocked right move forward, else turn right, move forward. It works with this order of sequence but not if the order of the first two is reversed - which seems more logical in the context of the puzzle layout.
I seem to spend a long time searching for the send button when I want to send a text or email. I know practice will make me quicker, but I just wondered if there was a swipe gesture instead that would send the text and/or email?
also, is there a code word to dictate upper case characters and words?
Got to play with a family members iPhone which has been updated to ios 13. So I had the chance to try out the new VoiceOver: swipe to type feature. From the little time I had with it, I was quite impressed.
This got me thinking though, can this new method of typing on IOS 13 be used in other keyboard apps? Like Swift Key or G Board? Or is it Apple Keyboard only?
Would be really cool if one could use it in different keyboard applications.
Does anyone here use Robbinhood? If so, you may have more insight on this than someone who doesn't, but here's the issue.
I wanted to buy some bitcoin for my portfolio, but when I finish the order, Robbinhood says swipe up to submit. How do I do this using VoiceOver?
Hi. On iPhone 16 pro max, latest OS. When touch the display to wake, I swipe once to the right and get "swipe up to unlock". If I keep swiping I'll get show notifications flashlight and camera. Of course this is after the time is spoken first. How can I stop swipe up to unlock? The voice Over hints are turned off and I restarted jus to make sure the settings took effect. Any ideas here? It's just info I really don't want or need. Thanks
So I have an amazing app that allows me to check my blood sugar at any time, it is called the Libre, made by Abbott. I would suggest any diabetic check it out.
Anyway, when I upgraded to 14, I wasn't able to swipe to the check glucose button after launching the app, and had to just run my finger all over the screen near the button to get to it, but it doesn't seem to be in a consistent location, I do this with other apps and can usually get pretty close if not right on buttons when I need to, such as send on the message app.
