Hi all!
I've tried You Version's The Bible App, but the experience is not that good. VO would pause in interesting places, for example it would say
"in Him was life, and the life was (then, it would pause, before it says) the light of men." Such incidences are a staple when using the app with VO.
I am a fan of the New King James version Bible text, so I hope to get a good reading experience on my iPhone SE that is free and accessible.
Thanks all for replying. GBYA!
iOS and iPadOS

Hi,
When searching for movies on Netflix, for example, Minions, sometimes when you want to play a certain movie it goes to the related movies. How do I get it to play the movie I want?
Here's what I do. I go to search, type in the movie, and it says a heading that says explore titles related to, I tap on the movie I want but it takes me to the related movies to it, not the actual movie. What do I do?
Thanks.
Device: iPad Mini 1
iOS Version: 9.3.2
I am looking for a podcast app that has xƈs own cloud to sync with. I have signed up for and used Overcast, but it takes a while to select episodes, and most of the downloads fail.
Thanks in advance
I am using Apple Journal on my IPhone and it works great. I just wonder, is there a way to search for speciffic dates, like for example if I want to search for the 17 December?
Okay I found a way to add search in text on iPhone as a voiceover gesture. However, when I tried to use it it said enter search text and then nothing popped up and when I did a scrub gesture to go back from something it said stopping search. Is that supposed to show up a text field?
Hi, is it possible to search for text within a note on the iphone? If this can’t be done, does anyone know of an app where it can be done to search for text within a document? I know that if I press Space with f on my braille display, it brings up a field seemingly to type text into, but I’m not sure if this is meant for searching for text or how it’s supposed to work - I’ve tryed typing and then pressing Space with e for “return” but this doesn’t seem to do anything. Can anyone suggest anything?
Recently I have started using voice memos, the native Apple app.
What can I type to search? I have tried the date but don't know the format and I tried searching for my address. this is about the iOs app.
Hi all,
As a relative beginner in the world of IOS, I have a question for all of you more experienced users. When conducting a search in the app store, and you are presented with your list of pages, why is it that Voiceover randomly drops you close to the end of the list, meaning you are required to 3 finger swipe down several times in many cases to get to the desired destination, i.e, the beginning of the app listing. Perhaps I'm doing something incorrectly, or perhaps that's just the way the app store is designed currently. Any feedback would be wonderful.
OK, so, I know how to search my entire music library both on the Music app in iOS and in iTunes. You just go up to the little search bar at the top of each of them and start typing.
However...
How does one search only certain playlists? For instance, if I just wanted to search a playlists I created called "Asian Moods" for a particular song, how do I do that? In the Music app? In iTunes?
Thanks.
Hello guys and gulls. When I dictate to search something on the home screen, and when I change the number of words in my search, every time a letter is added or deleted, I keep hearing twelve items found, thirteen items found or x items found and it pisses me off. How can I stop hearing this? Thank you very much.
Hello all.
Is there a waéy on iPhone, with touch gestures, that I can search the current screen for text?
Anyone know how to do wild card keyword searching with the new BARD Mobile search? For books on “financial literacy”, for example, I used to just be able to type the following string: financ litera
(Containing the roots of both words) Can’t seem to do that now.
Also, does anyone have the e-mail address to contact NLS/LOC about the BARD Mobile app? I seem to recall hearing it once but don’t quite remember it these days. Really wish they’d actually put it in the app somewhere, unless I’m missing it?
Hello. Is there a way to search in a document or text on iPhone? I am not using a keboard.
I don't know if too many blind people use the siriusXM app because it's not all that accessible, but if someone who reads this note uses the app I could use some tips for searching for channel content within the app.
Hi all,
What I'm wanting to do, if it can be done, is search for the most recent video that I typed in my search box. For example, if I were to type in Adele on my desktop or laptop, I could search for videos that people may've added by her today, last week, or last month. Is there a way that I can search like this on the iPhone?
Thanks, Shane.
I have been trying to change the voice when reading with Seeing AI and some of them will not change even though the voice seems to be on my phone. Do additional voices need to be purchased, and if so, I can't seem to find out where to do that.
Thanks for any help.
