Hi, i'm having problems with my phone and family sharing.
A few months ago, I joined a friend's family sharing as she wanted to share some apps with me.
Once done, I left the family sharing but, recently, it keeps asking for her apple ID password which I never had.
I tried to reset my phone, erased all content and settings. The last iCloud back up it has is from 20th May.
I've even reinstalled my IOS to see if that'd make a difference but no joy.
If anyone has any help for this, it really would be appreciated.

Hi all,
An interesting problem that I cannot work out! I have two accessible apps that for no reason at all and without me doing anything (I believe) opened all of a sudden announcing with Voice Over 'screen recognition on'.
The first was the Borrow box app, earlier this year and yesterday, the Dolphin Easy Reader app.

Hi everyone. Sometimes BlindSquare's search screen is closing immediatelly after I open it. But the app is not crashing and just returning in main screen. I have to reload BlindSquare to force it to work normal. I use iOS 8.1.1 on iPhone 5S. Does someone observe this probllem? Thanks.

I have created plenty of shortcuts using Voiceover on my phone, but I am having a lot of difficulty using the Shortcuts app and editing shortcuts in iOS 16.
For example, many of my custom shortcuts have the "Show Alert" function.
When I try to edit the text to be displayed when the shortcut is run, a keyboard appears on the screen, but I cannot find any edit box in which I can use actions such as "Select" or "Select All".

Hello,
I just got an i phone 4s a few months ago. When I'd try to use siri, it says it can't take any requests right now. I'm running i os 5.1.1 and am connected to the internet. What could be going on? When I power on and off the device, it works fine, but siri just quit again recently. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

For the past few hours, I've been having major issues with Siri. She's pretty much unresponsive, whether I'm trying to use the Dictation button in a text message or interact with her in general. I've disabled Siri, powered down the phone, then restarted Siri; she worked once and then stopped again. I also followed a tip online saying to put the phone on Airplane Mode, restart it, and then turn off Airplane. That didn't work either. Every so often, she'll respond, but more often she won't. Anyone else having Siri issues at the moment?

Greetings All, Sorry About the Topic nane, but I couldn't think of anything to title it better. I have a question to all of my fellow iPhone 4s users. I have noticed lately when I am dictating something to Siri in an app for a search, that Siri wants to type in more than I have said. For example, say I was in the App store and I press the dictate button and say Downcast, at the end of it it will put downcast.com or downcast Name or downcast dot. I have gotten a few other things, and this problem seems to be happening with more frequency now. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am using an iPhone 6: (I know: some of you think I'm in the dark ages, lol.) When I use Zoom, the sound quality changes; it sounds like I'm hearing things over the phone. If I use the option to activate the speaker, it gets a bit louder, but I still need to stay really close to the phone to hear. The volume is set to 100 per cent. I don't think I had this problem when I first started using Zoom. Things are generally fine when I do other sound related things like reading books from BARD. t
Any help would be most appreciated.

hi everyone. for word processing and writing I use the pages app which has done everthing I need it to,until now. since updating to the latest version the feature to auto correct spelling using a bluetooth keyboard is gone. you used to be able to do it, and I can do it in every other app just fine. it works on the touchscreen keyboard but doesn't with a bluetooth one...
has anyone else found this and is there a work around?

Hello all,iwould like to report a problem with the app spotify. It no longer works as far as logging into either your main account that u have created. Or the facebook. When u try to do either one, the app crashed, or the app breaks. Before the accessibility worked. For those of us that r blind users of apple, an that use spotify, witch I'm sure is a lot of us. The loggin feature was accessable. Now it'snot. An we would love to have this fixed. To where we could all use spotify again. It is a grae app. An a lot of us love it.

Text Detective worked great the first time I used it. Now, each time I try using it, I get the "Evaluating" message, followed rather quickly by a constant repeat of the messagee "zero results." I've tried rescanning at different hights, under different lighting conditions--nothing seems to help. I've also been sure to make certain that "portrate lock" is disabled. I'm not sure how to fix this. Any help is much appreciated.

The recent announcements concerning iPad OS have got me thinking about doing word processing on the iPhone or iPad. I am perfectly happy with doing word processing on my Mac but I'm trying to figure out how to practically do it in IOS. I don't really need to do it in IOS but I suppose it just bugs me that I can't figure out how to do it. After all, it might come in handy some time.

Hi all. I deleted an accout from the accounts tab in settings. Then when I added it again, to update the password, I get "This account has already been added to this iPhone." So how do I fix this? It's fine on my Mac. Thanks for the help.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the latest youtube update. WHen I click on the subscriptions tab at the bottom, all I get is a list of channels youtube thinks I might be interested in subscribing to. I'v'e clicked around and can't figure out any easy way to bring up my channels.
This problem is happening on both an iPhone and an iPad.
Any ideas?

I have an iPhone 12 plus and in the last few days the mail app on iOS is not reading properly. When I try to swipe through my mail it’s not reading it properly it’s not allowing me to delete or open the mail easily. Does anyone know of this problem and how to fix it I use voiceover when going through my mail. It’s like the columns or organizational way it was set up prior is not reading like it used to and not aligning properly if that makes any sense let me know if anyone else is having this problem and how can we fix it

Hi all, since upgrading to iOS 10.2, on opening an email, instead of skipping directly to the message text, VoiceOver reads out headers such as the sender's address, date, subject, etc. One has to either swipe several times to the right or place the finger at the centre of the screen and hope to get to the beginning of the message. This worked fine prior to the 10.2 upgrade, and hasn't been fixed in 10.2.1. Also, the preview no longer works. Although my preview is set to five lines, VoiceOver does not read out a single line in the preview mode.

I have an iPhone 15+ which I got about two weeks ago. Since updating iOS 17.2. My Two finger swipe right and left gestures only register about half the time the other times they register as one finger swipe left and right. This is not happening with any other gestures just these two. I have reassigned the gestures several times to a few different actions and it does not matter what action they are set to I have the same problem.
I’m wondering if anyone is having the same problem and if so, are there any workarounds?

I recently started having a problem with the updates tab within the App Store. I don't recall doing anything out of the ordinary, but one day, I went into updates to download the latest available updates, as I have automatic updates turned off, and when I selected to download the updates, I saw the message "connecting," but there was no percentage progress report. I know it wasn't my wifi connection, as I was able to continue working with other apps and access online content in the meantime.

Hello everyone. I hope everything is going well. I want to share feedback that I sent two months ago when the translation with the action button feature was released.
When you translate something and want to close the pop-up, it simply doesn't work. Additionally, I have encountered issues with taking screenshots and using direct touch. Apple Accessibility has acknowledged experiencing the same problems and reported them for further review. However, after 2-3 months, nothing has been resolved yet. And; i'm using ios 17.4.

Hi, I am using IOS8 and on the Today view in the notification center, I have the weather widget displayed for the stock weather app but I can't hear any weather stats when I navigate to it. It says something like weather from weather.com. I would like to be able to view the weather in the notification center. Can anyone recommend any weather apps that provide an accessible widget for the notification center
