Hello all,
iOS and iPadOS
The subject says it all. I wasn't a fan of the official youtube app when it first came out, but I'm hoping it's improved. I've been using an app called Mctube, but it stopped working some time ago. I've been doing youtube on my mac, so haven't given an iOS app much thought, but I'd like to get back into youtube on my iPhone.
Should I go with the official youtube ap or something else? I want the most functionality possible, but also the best voiceover support, naturally.
Thanks in advance.

Hi all,
So, I got to set up my new iPhone 12 a few days ago. Now that I have so much storage, I decided to maybe get some of the videos I have on my PC on to my iPhone to watch on-the-go.
Recently I tried Nplayer and it's pretty good, it allowed me to change the jump duration when the fast forward/rewine button is activated. But I wonder, is Oplayer any better compared to Nplayer? And how accessible is Oplayer compared to Nplayer.
Hi. Is there a way to make an opml file with the stock podcasts app because I am subscribed to a good number of podcasts but want to try out downcast. Thank you.

Is anyone else experiencing their optimized battery charging feature not resuming after 80 percent? it doesn't complete the schedule. This happens to me from time to time.

I wonder why they have a seperate item in the list in the settings for Control Center on the iPhone. There is actually nothing much you can control under that option.
It only tells you on how to get to the Control Center and gives you the option to allow access within apps. and the locked screen. It would have been great to have some option to add other setting options in the Control Center. Like you already have control to switch WiFi on/off and same with Bluetooth on/off. Why not also provide an option to switch Cellular Data on/off?
Hello!
I am trying to organize my playlist so I have them in an order I want. Is it possible to do it on an Iphone with voiceover?
Hi!
I have a new IPad and love it. It works really great this far.
I have some questions about compressing my home screens. It seems like whenever I add a widget on the home screen it ends up on the last page which is not the same for IPhone.
I could move every single app to the other page which takes ages but I am wondering if there is a quicker way to do it.
I have a lot of apps on this thing and I am trying to move the widget but it looks like the first page is full or something.
Today I was syncing my IPod touch with ITunes on my windows seven machine when this problem came about. Basically I stop the sync after my updated apps copied over to the desktop, and I went off to do something else. Later I went back to sync and found things to be over by a lot when it comes to space. So I looked at the other section on the summary page of the device on ITunes and found things not quite right. The other section seemed to be over by at least 16 GB. How do I correct this problem?
Hi All,
This morning I downloaded the new Otter transcription app from AI Sense as I believed that adding AI to a transcription app would help those of use with sight issues who work in an academic environment would benefit from such an app.
However, after playing with the app for an hour or so, I am disappointed to report that the app is not accessible.
I was able to set-up an account and add my Google calender and contacts but that was as far as I could go.
Hello Everyone
Today I am meeting with the developers of the Otter.ai app. I am looking for feedback on the app's accessibility I can bring to them from the Applevis community. If you don't remember, Otter is an app that provides transcription of audio, and includes timestamps. The results are far better than the dictation service found in iOS directly but there are some accessibility shortcomings in the app. Here is the applevis ppost about it from a couple of years ago:
Hi folks,
I don't know what to say! I'll just drop the link for you all to test it out, and you'll see how amazing the results are. I honestly never thought it would happen this soon, but it's here. It's so fast that I can already imagine a million scenarios where I can make use of this tool. I hope it stays free, remains accessible, and keeps improving day by day. I thought ChatGPT was going to have this feature in the first place, but OpenAI left behind.
What’s your thought? The somewhat celebrated “live recognition“ feature in iOS 18 it’s just so erratic and outdated. I’m finding it’s pretty much the same feature and performance level as the live recognition that has been around in the Camera app for quite a while now. All Apple did was just make a app out of the same older technology.
Hi. If possible, can you do outline view on IOS with Keynote?
