I am looking for an accessible word document that works well with a refreshable braille display. I specifically want students to be able to open homework assignments and have those homework assignments maintain the correct formatting. Pages used to be the preferred app; however, recently Pages has had many broken RBD commands.

Hi all,

For the last year or so, I have used two different apps for weather alerts. One is Weather Radio by WDT, and the other is Weather Alert USA. I like them for different reasons.

Weather Radio by WDT is great for push notifications when severe weather alerts are issued for my precise location. The alerts are timely, usually before the alert beeps finish playing on an actual NOAA weather radio station. Plus, the alerts are storm based, meaning an alert is only issued for areas that are directly impacted by the storm in question.

Hello,

I manage a news app and am looking for someone who can review our accessibility feature and share suggestions and ideas on how we can make it better. We want to make our app accessible in the best possible way and we need input from someone who understands accessibility and actually uses it every day in their apps.

If you are interested, please email me with your experience and rates so we can talk more.

Thanks!

We are looking for an accessible and free grocery coupon app. One where we can find coupons for our local area and where we can check the categories we are interested in. I posted this yesterday, but I think my title might have confused some hreaders. It is hard to write with a cat in your lap.

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone here could suggest an accessible application that would enable me to search for aeroplane tickets and compare different airline deals? It would be especially helpful if I could buy the one that suits best for me afterwards.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Dear all, I have to prepare a detailed report with different tables and I'm looking for an accessible app to calculate percentage values i.e. how much percent is 30 out of 76 etc. This hint is for those who may ask which app I'm looking for. The price doesn't matter, the quality is more important. I've tried some randomly selected apps but presentation of percentage calculation was not clear for VoiceOver users. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Warm greetings from Poland to you all!

Hi,
Do you know the way of preparing ringtones for my iPhone without iTunes and computer, only within an app? Can you recomend an accessible app that can make a ringtone from any recording stored either in the device or on external drives e.g. dropbox? I am aware of Apple limitations but look forward for your suggestions. I don't mind purchasing ringtones, they have reasonable prices, however, I can't purchase all tones e.g. these of my family or from my own recordings. Thank you for your replies.

Hi. I know the native mail app does not support it, but is there an accessible mail app I can get from the app store that supports selecting all emails in a folder at once with a select all button instead of having to swipe through every email and double tap on each email to select it? The native mail app does not have a select all button. I use gmail and have more then one gmail account so this app also needs to support multiple accounts. I know some apps can support being logged into multiple accounts at a time and some accounts only support one account login at a time.

Shortly after getting my first iPod Touch in 2012, I bought a language translator app. I forget it's full name at the moment, but it's simply called "Translator" on the home screen. Anyway, it's accessibility was great until I upgraded to iOS 8.1.2 last week. Now I've noticed that the buttons no longer have labels. I can't even find the one for selecting what language I want to translate something to. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any other good alternatives for apps like this?
