Hello All,
How do you get a refund from the app store? I followed the "report a problem" link in the invoice email from Apple. Once I managed to finally login I end up at a page where there does not appear to be any option to report that the app is incompatible with voiceover nor is there any obvious way to request a refund for this reason.
So just how do you folks do it? BTW: this is the Canadian app store.

Perhaps this is something new to the 5s that I am just now running into. I didn't check why I had no new voicemails until I got a call from someone that always leaves a voicemail. On my iPhone 4 and on every other iPhone I've encountered up to and including a 5c, the voicemail tab was the same and the phone owner was notified when a new voicemail was available. I discovered that my voice mailbox was full, so don't know if this is an artifact of that or something new.

Hello everybody, I wanted to tell you a way to get apple‘s older voices while you still can. In my opinion, the older vocalizer voices from 2011, 2012, or 2013 sound significantly better than modern iPhones vocalizer voices and Mac vocalizer voices. Back then, these voices were under the brand name of real speak solo direct.
In this article I’m going to tell you how to get them in any 32 bit operating system on Mac, which means anything below macOS 10.15 Catalina.

I updated navigan and when I open it it goes to the map manager and there seems to be no way around it, how do I get past this? I remember a long time ago I had this issue but can't remember how to resolve it, Another thing and this has been going on for quite a while it seems the developers need to do something so that the map manager doesn't constantly refresh, wich I find very annoying.

SIRI has a pretty cool feature called Personal Update. Just say, "SIRI, what's my update?" and SIRI tells you the weather, calendar appointments, reminders, and reads the latest news. But only if your phone is unlocked. When your phone is locked, SIRI gives you none of that information, and simply tells you to unlock your phone.
How can I change that? I want to be able to get my personal update even when the phone is locked.

Hi, how do you get to the different overview modes in the callendar app? there are supposed to be 3 modes they are:
1) Monthly overview without activity names.Â
2) Monthly overview with activity names.
3) List of day overviews including activity names.Â

Hi all!
I am working with a client that would like to be able to use Voice Control with VoiceOver. When enabled we are unable to move from item to item on the screen when saying swipe right or swipe left. It seems that Voice Control is performing a three finger swipe right or left respectfully. Is there a way to have Voice Control respond to VoiceOver gesture commands? In an earlier podcast done by Thomas Donville with iOS 13 it appears that Voice Control worked better with VoiceOver. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

I don't use VoiceOver handwriting a great deal myself, but one of my trainees uses it a lot. He reported difficulty entering a question mark and neither of us can persuade iOS9.1 to let us handwrite a question mark. It always comes out as a comma. I can't remember if it was easier to enter a question mark in earlier versions of iOS. I thought that the doitwrite app might help, but it's behaving very oddly on my iPad Air right now.Does anyone know how to handwrite a question mark please?

Hello all! I have a quick question about importing documents. I can’t seem to figure out how to import my album list document from pages into Voice Dream Writer. I click on the import button and I can see the Pages folder but the document name button is dimmed and I can’t do anything that has anything to do with exporting. if I hit the select button at the top and select it. In applications like BitLife simulator or World Empire2 027, where I think the unity plug-in is used for accessibility, I can’t adjust the speaking rate, and the default voice setting is super slow.
Does anyone know how to increase the speaking rate?
At least in world empire 2027, there is no such option in the settings of the applications nor in the settings of my phone. I can’t find nothing in the voice over settings as well.

Hi all. I've noticed along with the new sound on IOS10, there's a very quiet lock sound when you hit the power button. I don't think there's a way to turn this up, I'd like it there was. If you turn off Voice over, and click the power button, it's a lot louder then when speech is on. It makes some sense, voice over is probably reading, so the sound is quieter. I just would like to be able to hear it better then always double checking the screen is locked. I hope this makes some sense, I thought there was a sound effects volume somewhere?

I’m finally the owner of iPhone 5s and I’m using it with VoiceOver. I know the system quite well though I can’t cope with one difficulty. Please give me a hint how to increase the volume of message alert. I do the following: tap the settings, select sounds, adjust the volume to 100% and mark the option that volume keys do not affect sound volume level. As a result, the sound of incoming call is extremely loud but the alert for text message is not that loud. So please help me in this matter. Many thanks!
