When ever I sync podcasts from my iDevice to Windows, the titles seem to have only a couple of words, and the rest is chopped off.
Is this the normal behaviour, or anything specifically wrong with my setup?
I need to save some of the podcasts on my external hard drive, and chopped off titles isn't ideal.
This is true even for Applevis podcasts.
Any help would be great!
Hi, all. One of my students is experiencing the inability to use chord commands on her Brailliant BI40X while connected to her iPhone running the latest versionof IOS 18. Pressing things like chord-H and chord4 or chord-1 do not move appropriately to the home screen, forward one item, or backward one item, respectively. None of the chord commands work. We can only navigate with the inner thumb keys to move forward or backward through items on the home screen. I called Humanware who passed the buck back to Apple, who has no idea.
I did a search prior to posting this but only found a comparison of these two browsers for Mac OS. I use Chrome on my Windows PC and it would be nice to have access to those same bookmarks and history on my iPhone, so I was considering switching to Chrome there too. I'm so comfortable with Safari and it works so smoothly with VoiceOver that I'm a bit hesitant. Obviously I can just download the Chrome app and give it a spin, but I'm curious if folks have been using Chrome long-term on their iOS devices and how it behaves with VoiceOver. Thanks.
What other ways are there to clear cashe from iPhone than deleting and reinstalling apps? I have many apps and don't want to delete and reinstall them all one by one.
i am having trouble clearing teh cache and data for my aps. they build up more and more data and i wish to clear teh documents and settings. I used to be able to go to usage and storage and flick up and it would allow me to delete data for the ap but this doesnt appear possibly anymore on IOS 9 +
any thoughts how i can clear my usage a bit for aps without removing the aps themselves ?? must be a way thanks

Hi all, I just came across something while trying to send an imessage. I went to the frequently used category under the image keyboard, and noticed that I have a lot of images in there, and trying to find the one I wanted was rather time consuming. Is there any way to clear this category every so offen so that it doesn't become cluttered?
When I used the ClearRecord app on my iPhone for the first time, it asked me a mic question that I can't quite remember. It had something to do with whether to allow use of the iPhone mic. I allowed for that, but then Voiceover volume was turned down substantially until I finished the recording. The recording turned out fine. Anyway, there doesn't seem to be a setting so I can experiment and change my anser to that question. Any ideas?

Not sure wich forum this falls in line with...
I am using a wireless keyboard with my iPad Pro 9.7. I would like to know if there is a way to get the iPad to give sound when typing because I tend to use words as typing echo. This would make things easier.
When using a touch screen keyboard it makes clicking sounds. This is understandable when it doesnβt work on braille, but is there a way to make it sound when using a bluetooth keyboard?
In Amazon's verification to sign into their app and website, they no longer ask you to sign in with numbers sent to you. Now they ask you to click on a link which they text to you. I can't find a way to click on that link.Doing so does nothing. If you make sure your cursor in on the link through the router it still does nothing. Is it me or has Amazon broken something that used to be accessible? I was attempting to turn off their sidewalk feature in the Alexa app. Any suggestions would be welcome. I'm using an iPhone 12 pro as well as iOS 14.6.
Hi,
I looked at Shortcuts. I'm unsure it can do what I want in one respect. I'd like to be able to have an app or a process that I can turn on. While it's on, it watches the clipboard. When it sees content come to the clipboard, it does something with it, such as append to a file.
My dad is having this problem. I haven't had it, but I don't use the alarm and timer near as much as he does.
When an alarm or timer goes off on his phone, many times he doesn't get the "Slide to Stop Alarm" or "Slide to Stop Timer" controls. Also, many times, alarms don't snooze when he tells them to. Deleting and resetting the alarms fixes the problem for a day or two, but then the problem comes back. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Thanks!
