Hello Forum readers,
A few days ago I purchased an iPad Air 1 after doing some online research. I am going through a tutorial called "Voice-Overeasy" but am having problems doing the flick gesture. My wife is sighted and low on patience with voiceover and the associated gestures and such. I do not have an iPhone but only this iPad which was purchased to aid my career as a freelance writer. What can I do or utilize that will help me learn the basics competently?
I do not have vision so am solely dependent on voiceover.
iOS and iPadOS
Hey all!
I hope you are all doing well!
So, I have a question for you all. I'm curious. How do you all use VoiceOver activities? What tasks/situations do you use them for?
I've been debating looking into/using them. But, I don't really know what I'd be able to use them for?
Is it like shortcuts where the sky is the limit so to speak?
I am creating a budgeting app for IOS. What features would you like included? Specifically, what features of other budgeting apps do you find inaccessible or difficult to use?
Just downloaded Look Tel Money Reader and it does nothing. No voice, just says Money Reader Running, no buttons etc. Deleted and re-downloaded. there is apparently a picture? Camera is obviously enabled, plenty of room lighting and camera flash light works if light poor. Have I missed something obvious, or is it messed up somehow? Using latest ios update.

Hello, I would like to find a camera program for iPhone so that you can conveniently shoot video with the ability to pause. It would be nice if you could use the volume buttons to stop and continue the video. Maybe someone knows anything
Hello all,
Especially while hiking, I am looking for applications that I can create custom routes for myself and then take navigation on the same route.
Are there apps that can do this with or without being connected to the Internet? I saw that there are very nice applications for those who see it. A friend of mine uses such an application, but the application is not accessible.
Hi everybody!
I'm looking for a way to become a little more fit. I used to exercise for several hours per week, but last years I've lost all that for different reasons and the part of me that gets the most workout nowadays is my backside, because I sit on it so much...
Hi.
The subject says it all. I'm looking for a way to have my iPhone speak battery harge or discharge percentages that will inform me about the battery charge, similar to how battery monitor speaks battery status on the mac. I could do this when jailbroken, but since I'm running 8.3, I can't jailbreak. Does anyone know of an app that will allow me to do this?
Hi guys, I'm looking for an accessible app that converts text and pdf files into MP3. I need the app to create audiofiles that I can then share with others or upload anywerhe on the web. I wanna a good app so that price no matters to me that much. Greetings and thanks for help!
Hi, I am looking for an app, or a service, that will help to resolve capture requests in iOS, preferably Safari all any other browser that will run on iOS.
The captures I am referring to are those letters or numbers which are displayed as text in an image that you need to enter to prove you're not a robot. Unfortunately lots of sites on the web do not give a choice for audio capture requests.
Thanks, Rocco
Hello all,
I've now had my iPhone 6 for about a month now and it has been working great. However, I now have a problem which I cannot work out!
My last e-mail on my iPhone 6 was about 10.58 (UK time) this morning but that is it. The last update was 4.36 am this morning (the indication at the bottom of the screen). At 11.15 AM this morning, my IT department at the University where I work did an upgrade for me from MS Office 2010 to MS Office 2013 and I believe this could be connected to the problem.
Hi friends, I updated to iOS 17, and eversince I am not getting notification when the battery is low.
I have an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.0.2
I've noticed that the Irish siri male voice doesn't say h at all. If i say Siri, spell house, it will say house, pause,, o, u, s, e.
This isn't an accessibility issue as far as i know so there'd be no point reporting it to apples accessibility email would there?
Hi all
I need help with the IPhone game trivia crack please.
I have the IPhone5s with I OS7.
The ap asks me to select my country.
I select south africa from the list.
And then I double tap on the confirm button.
But I get an error message with an ok button just saying: select a country.
I again start at the bottom selecting south africa from the list and this time I double tap the done button.
For about 10 seconds I cannot flick left and right.
If you swipe either left or right with four fingers, it'll act like the app switcher but you don't have to go into app switcher to do it.
I don't know if it's a new thing or old but it's quite nice using one command instead of two or more.
I was inspired by my VI friend who often worried about finding a grassy area for her dog to spend. So I've made this app that uses OpenStreetMap to find any nearby grass verges, parks or wooded areas. It's really designed for towns and cities.
I've tried to make it as accessible as possible but I'm not VI myself, so I'd really like to get some more input from other users. It will link out to either Apple or Google Maps to give walking directions. My friend often uses her Apple Watch to navigate with her dog.
