Hi! For me, if it wasn't for the broken image disscriptions, I'd pull the trigger right now! But, seeing as how that bug is there, and it's a hit or miss on who encounters it, I'm feeling hessitant about upgrading until that bug is exterminated. I rely on that and love that feature.
Is it just my fat fingers, or does anyone else have trouble getting 3-finger swipes left and right to work on the iPhone 4S? Any tips for making it easier?
Could you please post the entry '32 Apps to Help You Get Started with a New iOS Device' on the blog again? I cannot find that helpful post now. Many thanks!
So someone that I know just updated to iOS 13 with an iPhone 6S. voiceover keeps telling her use 3D touch for home screne action. How does she disable this so VO doesn't keep saying it?
Hi there,
About a year back, my friend had to get rid of his cell carrier due to expenses. He's been using iMessage to text to other iPhone users with no issues; until recently where it stopped working.
I think that he would need to reactivate his iMessaging service, but he can't do that without having SMS support; which would mean getting onto a cell plan again; which he can't afford right now.
Is there a 3rd party texting app that works well with voiceOver and Siri? I've done a bit of Googling, but haven't come up with much.
Thanks,
Everyone’s excited about the doors the innovative Hooke Verse will open up as it's the first wireless Binaural stereo Bluetooth Microphone set of its kind. But has your mind walked down the path of unspoken possibility?
FREEDOM!
We all remember that scene from the movie Braveheart right? Brave souls, going where none had gone before them, and now, with the lack of wires, our hooke, can go, where we dare, not.
Hello,
I have a 5s. The last month or so I notice it will reboot a few minutes after plugging it in. This doesn't happen every time but sometimes. As far as I know it only happens once during the charge cycle but sometimes not at all. I plug my phone into AC when charging it. I'm wondering is this a 9.2 issue do you think or something hardware related?
Thanks
I have not installed 6.0 on my 4s phone yet , but 6.01 shows it is ready to be installed under settings. Can I really install it without 6.0 installed?
6.1.2 available to download. It points out Microsoft Exchange bug fix. I'm not sure if any accessibility fixes... I'm sure AppleVis will point that out
I am having issues with not being able to flick to the right to scroll down a list. On various apps such as banking, shopping, and book lists, I can only scroll down to a certain point even though there are more on the list. Am I doing something wrong or is there a new gesture on IOs 9
or the 6s that I don't know about? I am trying to rule out the possibility that I may have a defective phone. I just purchased it last week. Thanks
My 7.03 update on my IPod Touch 5 caused it to go into recovery mode. A friend of mine also had a problem--fortunately, we were able to get hers working w/just a reset. Any1 else have any experiences?
Does anybody out there know of a 7Z extractor for iOS? There is a file I wish to get but I cannot get it because I have no apps that extract 7Z. Free ones are preferable because I don't have any cash in my account.
Hi all. This just came to me while i was reading a book. Does the iPhone have anything set in place where if you need to you can call 911 quickly? I mean as I understand it, and happy to be mistaken, you have to unlock, open phone and either dial it, or find itin your contacts. I'm sure using Siri you can say Call 911 but because I'm not getting the five I don't have that option. Just asking for the sake of asking.
Hello all,
I'm looking for a better and accessible equalizer for my iPod Touch 4G running iOS 5. I like listening to music with lots of bass, and the default equalizer in settings just doesn't cut it. It's tolerable but I'm just curious if there's anything you guys have found to be better?
Hey guys,
I'm not sure if it's me, or if it's happening across all devices able to run iOS 11, but I'm seeing a little bit of delay with the new siri voice as a VoiceOver voice.
If you don't get what I mean, I'll explain a little more in detail.
Basically, if you flick right or left using the Siri Female voice as your default VoiceOver voice, or as an option in the Language rotor settings, it takes about 1 or so seconds before it says what you've flicked to.
I thought I'd relate a bit of weirdness that happened with my iPhone last night, and wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this? I was watching a video on the native Youtube app, and when it was done I went to the app switcher to close it and a few other apps down I'd left open. I should explain that the way I close down apps might be different than other folks so it's important to say that I usually close them by swiping down a couple times until I hear close followed by the name of the app and then double-tap.
