Good Gloves when using iPhone?

Hello:
For those of us who live in the Northern hemisphere, temps are starting to get colder. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good pair of gloves which will keep my hands warm, but still allow me to use my iPhone. I use Voiceover, so would need to perform multi-finger gestures. Can anyone recommend a good brand or model which you have tried and works well for this task?
Thanks in advance for any assistance with this.
Jim

Amazon suppose to have for iPhone use. Recalled seeing them when looking for gloves for a friend.

During the cold season, I wear something called convertibles. They are like a pair of mittens, but the part that covers your fingers can be folded back to become fingerless gloves, though your thumbs are still covered. These are really great when I need to do something on my phone real quick, and need finger dexterity. Perhaps not ideal for those of you in the true north, but This is what I am recommending. πŸ₯ΆπŸ§£πŸ§€

I've tried work gloves with the conductive fingertips, or what ever they do. They make your fingers wider, and it's difficult to deal with buttons and small elements, so thermal gloves would surely be fatter. I couldn't find any with four fingers that conduct, and the three finger pare is the thumb and next two fingers, so gestures are difficult.
The mittens Brian talked about are your best bet for both reasons. However, the rotor gesture would be difficult because of the thumb. It is possible to either change the gestures for the rotor, or perform them with two of the uncovered fingers.
As a side note, I was able to usually use the phone, including sometimes the touch ID while wearing latex-type gloves during the early times of Covid.
