While doing a little research, I stumbled across this article. it was written June of last year, and tells how to do certain functions with Alexa through Siri.
I believe since then, Alexa has gone through a series of updates, and the information no longer seems valid.
Has anyone been successful getting Siri to work with Alexa, besides the typical, "Hey Siri, open Alexa"?

BUt am thinking to try Alexa.
so, in your opinion, will it add something that Siri can not do? i do not have any amazon speaker or something like that, so, is it good to use it?

Hi I am a blind user and I am using ali express app to order idems from my iPhone. the app is not blind friendly. Can you look into that app for me and hopefully the probelim is solve in the new update so a blind user can access ali express app on iPhone with voice over.

Hello. I am a youtube person and wonder if there is a way to see all the comments from all my videos so I don’t have to look through my hundred videos. Okay, that may be an overstatement. I need access to WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype and FB Messenger, and it would make things a lot easier to just have them all in one App.

I thought a problem like this was described here shortly after iOS 15 was released, but I searched extensively and couldn't find it. So, I'll try again and hope someone has some advice or solution for this problem.
My wife and I each have an iPhone on our T-Mobile account. About a week ago, we discovered that no one could call either of our phones. All calls were (and still are) routed directly to voice mail. We receive no missed call notifications, although we will get the voice mail if one is left.

Need assistance from the team managing this website. If I attempt to post a new topic or comments using my iPhone running iOS 15 with private relay turn on under iCloud settings I get an error message that the IP address is part of a spam high risk network and i should turn off VPN. AppleVis should not block the use of the website with iCloud private relay

Hi. I found out from this site about an iOS app called 1 tap. It used to have an app entry as well as a podcast. I used to use it, then it quit working so I came on this site to see if it was a fault of the app or if I was doing something wrong. I tried a bunch of searches on the site including typing the number 1 as a number 1 and a word one. Then a space before the word tap and also with no space in between 1 and tap, but I can not find the app entry or the podcast anymore.

hi. i'm having a problem with all of my after market apps not opening. i am currently running iOS14.4RC (release candidate). this problem initially started in iOS14.3, and has persisted into the rc build update. am i the only one who is having this issue?

I am trying to access the Allegiant airline app using Voice-over. I am able to select my departure and destination, but the calendar of dates to travel is not accessible.
Any ideas on other ways to book my flight using the calendar of dates in the App?

I am looking for alternative e-mail client for my iPhone SE. Although the native app is very good and accessible, but it lacks certain features that I would like to see.
First of all, I like when e-mail messages are groupped (threaded). However, the native app does not allow us to customize how threads are displayed. I would like to see (hear) the subject first and then the senders names. I would also like the ability to tap thread I am interested so that it would expand and allow me to see all the messages in it.

I have recently made the transition from an iphone 6s to 10 R. I'm loving the better battery life and face ID. The combination of a bigger phone and no home button has been a bit frustrating.
Just stumbled upon the ability to assign home to a custinm gesture in the commands section. I have found this to be a huge improvement For now I've opted for 2 finger swipe left. It is making life a lot easier, so thought I'd pass the suggestion along to the masses..

What I am looking for is an app that behaves similar to Dropvox, except the ability to record without an internet connection would just be fantastic. Also, please only try to suggest apps that do not force VoiceOver to go through the earpiece like Dropvox doesn't.
I'm asking this as I was going to do my third part of my series on MBraille tonight, but had to let you all down due to stormy weather we have in the Uk, which temporarily took my broadband offline for a few hours.

I hope I haven’t missed a similar question elsewhere in the forum, but if I have I apologise.
I had an iPad Mini 3 for a couple of years and never got my head around it. Now I have a Mini 5 and I’ve taken the step of buying a keyboard case to go with it. This has made learning and using the iPad so much more easier and much more enjoyable. I finally understand how to use containers, and get rather grumpy when even bits of iOS don’t use them.
