suggestions for headphone compatible with apple devices?

what I mean by compatible is having auto connetivety when I switch device. I want it to auto connect to my mac when I use mac, and when I close my mac I want it to connect to my iphone when I use it, etc, basically like airpods, with low latency, but here's the issue, I want an over ear headphone, not an in ear, and I want low latency, now I know airpods max, but a few problems with that option, 1: way too expensive and out to date, 2: It doesn't have low latency except wired, and I'm sick of wires, 3: apparently breaks easily, no water/dust rating which is not a good investment for a device that costs more than an ipad or an apple watch.
I know there was a beats headphone, somewhere, that had over ear functionality, but I can't remember which one, did anyone try? Is it comfortable? Does it have auto connectivety? How's the latency.
